YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead IT projects from requirements definition to deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations and implementation plans, including risk mitigation, mainly focussed on software implementation projects
- Manage internal and external resources to ensure that projects meet their scope, schedule, and budget requirements
- Establish and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status
- Help to identify necessary changes in current business processes
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- University degree in information technology or computer science or related fields
- Previous years of work experience in this role and in developing platforms for internal processes
- Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methods and PM tools
- Excellent capability in planning and task identification
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of English, Italian and/or German as a plus
