Primäre Aufgaben
- Definieren und Aufrechterhalten von Richtlinien, Standards und Frameworks für die Data Governance auf Unternehmensebene
- Pflege des Data Lineage und der Datenmetadaten und Förderung der Einführung spezieller Tools (z. B. Microsoft Purview)
- Sicherstellung der Definition und Überwachung von Data Quality Regeln in Zusammenarbeit mit den IT- und Business-Teams
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Vorschriften und Best Practices
- Unterstützung der Informationsdomänen mit methodischer Konsistenz und Governance-Sicht
- Zusammenarbeit mit Data Architekten, unter Kenntnis der grundlegenden Prinzipien der Datenmodellierung (konzeptionell und logisch), zur korrekten Integration von Governance und architektonischem Design

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure proper setup, maintenance, and governance of master data records (customer, supplier, material, product, and further domains as defined)
- Define and enforce master data quality standards and governance processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability
- Monitor and report on master data quality KPIs; drive corrective and preventive actions
- Design, implement, and optimize business processes directly related to master data, ensuring end-to-end efficiency and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Ensure cross-application process alignment across ERP, CRM, PLM, and other platforms
- Collaborate with business units and IT to align master data and process requirements with organizational needs
- Support strategic program planning (e.g., ERP, CRM), ensuring data and process readiness and ensure master data quality readiness for the running SAP implementation project
- Drive continuous improvement in master data management and data-driven processes through automation, analytics, and best practices

- Coordinate the strategic sales key initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Sales Controlling, R&D and Supply Chain
- Coordination, planning and monitoring of interdisciplinary strategic sales programs and their sub-projects aligned with the strategic sales goals (sell-in, sell-out, innovation, seasonal campaigns)

- Lead and coach Digital Transformation Business Partners across the organization
- Manage vendors and budgets in collaboration with Procurement and the PMO
