YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
- Executing the procurement process to ensure on-time, cost-optimized, efficient delivery of goods and services as per identified demands and requirements
- Sourcing, selecting and evaluating suppliers based on Alpitronic strategic criteria
- Ensuring most efficient and precise execution and documentation of all procurement transactions according to applicable processes, Alpitronic policies and best practices (e.g. Framework Agreements, e-Procurement catalogues, online auctions, etc.)
- Processing of purchase requisitions making enquiries / RFQs to obtain offers
- Performing offers comparisons, preparing and conducting negotiations in line with applicable approval procedures
- Placing purchase orders in line with applicable approval procedures and initiation of procurement transactions using available ERP / IT systems and processes, including responsibility for issuing change orders if required
