- Define, approve and test software development activities with internal developers and external vendors, ensuring proper implementation of requirements
- Configuration of ERP and related systems based on business needs (strong technical understanding required; coding experience not strictly required)
- Analysis of technical requirements, functional specifications, and integration needs
- Configure EDI messages acording to customers requirement for data exchange (e.g., EDIFACT, XML, X12)
- Monitoring and troubleshooting of integration flows between ERP, middleware and external systems
- Contribution to the definition of solutions and create technical and functional documentation
- Collaboration with Analysts to translate functional requirements into technical specifications
- Testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure reliability and performance
- Second-level support and training coordination for business key users
