The HR Administration is responsible for the personnel administration management as hiring and termination practices, variation of employment contracts, support to employees for information related to personnel administration (vacation, maternity, sick leave). Moreover, is in charge of the collection and verification of required documents for payroll processing and of the management of employee master data on the management system as well as of the Compensation and Budget process. To support our HR Administration we are looking for an Intern for at least 6 months starting from September.
Tasks and responsibilities
Help to create and update of personnel data in HR software
Support in managing the documentation required for employee hires and terminations
Support in general administrative tasks
Help to draft documents and declarations for employees
Assist the HR department in various projects
Profile
University student or degree in economics or related fields
Fluent in Italian and German or English
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Accuracy and aptitude for working to deadlines
Organizational skills
