We are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist who is responsible for the brands Salewa, Dynafit, Pomoca, Wild Country & Evolv for Italy. You will cooperate closely between the Sales Team and the International Marketing Teams to make sure, that marketing goals are achieved according to the strategy and brand guidelines.Tasks & responsibilities
Planning, execution and reporting of local annual trade marketing activities with focus on in store executions, focus points, highlight areas, showrooms, shop windows, digital trade marketing
Planning, execution and reporting the annual trade marketing activity calendar with all key accounts and field accounts
Adaptation and preparation of the international trade marketing assets (POS tools, shopwindows, content, graphics)
Controlling and reporting of the marketing budgets
Coordination of external and internal stakeholders like agencies, Merchandising and Sales teams
Implementation of the international marketing and brand strategy through regular exchange
Alignment of the Sales team on the annual marketing plans
Plan and coordinate in-store events and promotional activations with a main focus in northern Italy which can take place on the weekends or in the evenings
Profile
Degree in marketing, communication or business
2-3 years of business experience in marketing, preferably in the sports industry
Good understanding of the outdoor industry
Excellent organization skills
Excellent Italian and English skills, German skills are a plus
Good coordination and team work skills, outgoing, creative
Willingness to travel (30-40%) and be on-field also during the weekend/evenings
