- Define and execute global digital strategy for Schär’s B2C environment, driving transformation and growth across all markets
- Set goals, KPIs, and budgets, ensuring cost control and optimization for digital initiatives
- Lead development and integration of digital platforms and tools (websites, apps, marketing automation, loyalty programs)
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and implement initiatives to boost traffic, engagement, and retention
- Harmonize platforms and processes across the global digital ecosystem for efficiency and quality
- Deliver insights and reporting via dashboards on performance and digital asset health for internal stakeholders
- Build strong collaboration networks with local subsidiaries and global business units; facilitate knowledge sharing

Ihre Aufgaben
- Stärkung der Kundenbeziehungen und Hauptansprechpartner ab der ersten Systeminstallation. Aufbau langfristiger, vertrauensvoller Partnerschaften, um Marktbedürfnisse, Ziele und technische Herausforderungen unserer Kunden zu verstehen
- Analyse und Optimierung der Leistung installierter MiCROTEC-Lösungen durch Überwachung von Produktionsdaten und Empfehlung von Maßnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung
- Technischer Support für Kunden bei der Analyse und Auflösung kritischer Fragestellungen, in enger Abstimmung mit internen Teams
- Proaktive Beratung der Kunden durch die Entwicklung von Best Practices für die Nutzung der MiCROTEC-Lösungen, Förderung möglicher Upgrades sowie Unterstützung bei der Identifizierung neuer Investitionsmöglichkeiten
- Systematische Feedbacks Sammlung zu MiCROTEC-Lösungen und erreichte Leistungen, mit dem Ziel, die Informationen intern weiterzugeben und zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung des Produktportfolios beizutragen
- Einführung von Maßnahmen und Initiativen zur Stärkung der Kundentreue durch proaktiven Support und eine echte Partnerschaft
- Überwachung relevanter Kennzahlen, regelmäßige Erhebung und Analyse wichtiger KPIs zur frühzeitigen Identifizierung von Chancen und Herausforderungen

- Analyze and monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and potential risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Operations, Finance) to define global product portfolio objectives, strategy, and guidelines, ensuring consistency and clarity of priorities across categories and markets
- Oversee Global Portfolio planning, coordinating the annual / multi-annual New Products Planning process supportby consolidating requests / briefs and facilitating consensus across stakeholders
- Recommend product range mobilization and promote de-complexity initiatives according to performance and business priorities establishing KPIs, metrics and processes to monitor and report on product portfolio performance across all brands and product categories
- Lead product portfolio budget management, allocating resources and funds effectively and efficiently according to overall business priorities
- Support the NPD process and governance, dealing with its phases, gates, deliverables, and working mechanisms, and ensuring projects adhere to established processes and procedures
- Supervise Product Portfolio Managers supporting their professional development
