YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
- Generation, verification and consolidation of data/information for operative and strategic decision-making in Procurement department
- Monitoring of price and market developments
- Creation of reports and monitoring of non-financial targets to be met by the procurement organization
- Continuous development of models and approaches to determine target costs for projects, sourcing categories, components and KPIs
- Verification, safeguarding and improving data quality by adjusting spend data and conducting plausibility checks
- Capturing and consolidating relevant data and information for procurement risk management, in collaboration with Controlling department
- Ensure items are classified correctly for reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Work closely with Commodity Management to update Supplier-Item Relations in time
- Perform periodic audits of item master data to identify and resolve discrepancies

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
- Integrate and maintain logistics concepts within the ERP system (SAP)
- Support SAP integration projects related to logistics processes
- Control and monitor logistics processes across SCM, intralogistics, inbound, and outbound logistics
- Lead digitalization initiatives and support Industry 4.0 implementation
- Translate logistics planning concepts into operational processes
- Define, track, and analyze logistics KPIs (e.g. internal delivery times, transportation costs, inventory accuracy, inventory turnover, ABC/XYZ analysis)
- Collaborate closely with Logistics/Process Planning and Production Managers
- Implement and monitor concepts for warehouse operations, transport, material flow, and provisioning
- Coordinate with internal departments, customers, and suppliers to optimize supply chain performance

- Anforderungsmanagement & Brückenfunktion: Aufnahme und Analyse von Anforderungen direkt aus dem Business sowie Übersetzung dieser Wünsche in technische Konzepte (User Stories) für das Entwicklungsteam.
- Steuerung der Entwicklung: Fachliche Koordination unseres externen Entwicklungsteams. Du moderierst Regeltermine und stellst sicher, dass alle wissen, was zu tun ist.
- Prozessgestaltung: Beratung der Fachbereiche zur Harmonisierung von Geschäftsprozessen und Software – wir verbiegen die Software nicht, sondern finden gemeinsam den besten Ablauf.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and manage comprehensive supply chain plans that ensure alignment with production schedules, demand forecasts, and inventory targets
- Regularly assess inventory levels, production capacity, and lead times to optimize stock and reduce operational costs
- Work cross-functionally with procurement, production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless material flow and product availability
- Identify and evaluate potential risks within the supply chain, including supplier issues, transportation delays, market changes and implement mitigation strategies
- Develop contingency plans and alternative sourcing options to reduce risk exposure and ensure continuity in supply
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of supply chain operations, such as order fulfillment, inventory turnover, and supplier performance
- Participate in continuous process improvement by analyzing existing workflows and suggesting process optimizations
