YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote and coordinate value engineering initiatives within the R&D department
- Sponsor and drive development for value improvement, cost and complexity reduction
- Organize and lead technical cross-functional workshops, aimed at enhancing value and reducing costs
- Fertilize a culture of continuous improvement and value engineering inside the R&D and across departments
- Define & implement methodologies to understand strengths & weaknesses of different players
- Establish and improve tools for teardown analysis and idea generation

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor chargers performance using collected field data to proactively identify and resolve issues, particularly during product launch phases
- Apply systematic troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve technical issues with the chargers in customer applications, like:
- Data mining using corporate tools
- Analysis of system logs and specific data collection
- Performance of tests to reproduce, isolate and address the issues
- Work with all the development teams to resolve complex issues quickly and effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
- Provide guidance to data analysts and scientists on the strategic direction of their activities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop C#/.NET applications using WinUI for our EV charger test system suites
- Contribute to and evolve the existing software architecture by developing reusable libraries and frameworks, ensuring robustness, scalability, and long-term maintainability
- Design and optimize user-friendly interfaces to streamline test execution, enhance productivity and efficiency, and minimize human error
- Drive continuous improvement by adopting new methodologies, tools, and technologies to enhance software quality, performance, and automation capabilities
- Collaborate closely with system engineers and embedded developers to analyze and define test requirements, ensuring alignment with both hardware and software specifications
- Provide technical support, debugging, and validation for test systems, troubleshooting complex hardware–software interaction issues throughout development and production phases
- Oversee software commissioning to ensure smooth deployment, proper hardware integration, and full functionality within the testing environment
- Promote and implement best practices in software development, testing, and documentation

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serving as the technical liaison between engineering teams and IP stakeholders
- Collaborating closely with developers to identify patentable technical solutions within EV fast‑charging systems
- Performing technical analysis of inventions, including:
- Identifying inventive aspects
- Assessing technical differentiation from existing solutions
- Supporting the preparation of patent applications by providing structured technical descriptions, system‑level explanations, and drawings
- Conducting and supporting technical prior‑art searches and analyses
- Providing technical input for patent infringement assessments and freedom‑to‑operate (FTO) evaluations
- Maintaining and continuously developing a technical IP knowledge database for R&D, including patent landscapes, competitor analyses, and internal invention records
- Promoting IP awareness and best practices within the R&D organization

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
- Perform complex troubleshooting, upgrades and commissioning tasks across global locations
- Provide on-site support for special customer cases, pilot installations and escalated technical issues
- Support international service teams through targeted interventions and expertise sharing
- Deliver remote technical guidance to our Field Service Technicians via phone, video call and digital tools
- Contribute to internal training programs and help shape hands-on learning experiences for new Technicians
- Collaborate on strategic projects, including prototype testing, product enhancements and process optimization

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define robotic concepts and automation cell architecture based on product and process requirements
- Perform robotic cell simulation and feasibility analysis (cycle time, reachability, layout optimization)
- Program, configure, and optimize industrial and Collaborative robots (ABB, KUKA, UR, etc.)
- Perform robot installation, setup, and on-site commissioning
- Troubleshoot and debug robotic applications and automation cells
- Work with PLC-controlled systems and support their integration within automation cells
- Drive automation projects from concept definition to production handover
- Evaluate and select equipment suppliers, including technical reviews and benchmarking
- Coordinate project phases with suppliers (RFQ, Design Reviews, Factory Acceptance Test , Site Acceptance Test, Ramp-up, etc.)
- Actively manage project risks and technical issues
- Identify improvements in supplier solutions and internal standards
- Support optimization of automation systems during ramp-up

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading the development and implementation of verification protocols, analyzing results, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Reviewing product requirements and ensuring the creation of comprehensive test cases for our fast‑charging systems (component, integration, electrical, thermal, environmental, software tests, etc.) to expand test coverage and prevent field failures
- Defining verification plans and reports (DVP‑R) and managing their execution
- Supervising verification activities and resolving technical or organizational conflicts
- Strengthening collaboration on testing strategies and promoting the adoption of automated testing
- Ensuring technical quality, documentation accuracy, and completeness
- Working closely with cross‑functional teams to address and resolve quality issues
- Providing technical mentoring, coaching, and guidance to team members
- Allocating resources to projects, including cross‑functional initiatives
- Balancing workload across ongoing activities and optimizing team capacity according to roadmap priorities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take full ownership of subsystems involving human-machine interfaces (e.g. displays and input/output interfaces) and communication devices (e.g. PLC modems and radio equipment)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for component and subsystem suppliers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of HMIs and communication subsystems into the overall charging solution
- Support validation planning and evaluate results to verify system functionality and compliance with technical and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and assess the latest advancements in key technologies and components to drive continuous improvement and innovation

- Establish processes & methodologies to monitor and ensure the relevant compliance with applicable regulations
- Perform risk related analysis and monitor/drive the implementation of mitigating actions as per the defined action plan and in compliance with national regulations
- Draft and update all risk & compliance related technical documentation and declarations of conformity
- Carry out compliance analysis for new markets entry and support discussions with local authorities
- Support certification processes with national test agencies
- Work with corporate requirements management tools, promoting suggestions and improvements
