As Team Manager Testing & Verification, you will lead a team of engineers responsible for system‑level verification of hardware, software, and firmware according to the V‑Cycle methodology. Your mission is to ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards through robust testing strategies and continuous process improvement.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading the development and implementation of verification protocols, analyzing results, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Reviewing product requirements and ensuring the creation of comprehensive test cases for our fast‑charging systems (component, integration, electrical, thermal, environmental, software tests, etc.) to expand test coverage and prevent field failures
- Defining verification plans and reports (DVP‑R) and managing their execution
- Supervising verification activities and resolving technical or organizational conflicts
- Strengthening collaboration on testing strategies and promoting the adoption of automated testing
- Ensuring technical quality, documentation accuracy, and completeness
- Working closely with cross‑functional teams to address and resolve quality issues
- Providing technical mentoring, coaching, and guidance to team members
- Allocating resources to projects, including cross‑functional initiatives
- Balancing workload across ongoing activities and optimizing team capacity according to roadmap priorities
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
- Strong technical expertise in Test & Verification processes, with a solid understanding of validation plans and quality assurance principles
- Proven leadership experience in testing environments, ideally within charging infrastructure, power electronics, or the automotive industry
- Hands‑on experience with the V‑Model methodology for Testing and Verification
- Demonstrated ability to lead in a technical environment and manage priority conflicts across multiple projects
- Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and regulatory compliance
- Project management capabilities
- Fluency in English, with very good German and/or Italian
