YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define robotic concepts and automation cell architecture based on product and process requirements
- Perform robotic cell simulation and feasibility analysis (cycle time, reachability, layout optimization)
- Program, configure, and optimize industrial and Collaborative robots (ABB, KUKA, UR, etc.)
- Perform robot installation, setup, and on-site commissioning
- Troubleshoot and debug robotic applications and automation cells
- Work with PLC-controlled systems and support their integration within automation cells
- Drive automation projects from concept definition to production handover
- Evaluate and select equipment suppliers, including technical reviews and benchmarking
- Coordinate project phases with suppliers (RFQ, Design Reviews, Factory Acceptance Test , Site Acceptance Test, Ramp-up, etc.)
- Actively manage project risks and technical issues
- Identify improvements in supplier solutions and internal standards
- Support optimization of automation systems during ramp-up

Deine Aufgaben:
- Du erstellst und pflegst EPLAN Schaltpläne für Maschinen und Anlagen, von der Konzeptphase bis zur fertigungssicheren Freigabe
- In Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Mechanik, Software und Automatisierung entwickelst du Elektrokonzepte für Maschinensteuerungen
- Du wählst geeignete elektrische Komponenten aus, erstellst Stücklisten und sorgst für die normgerechte Dokumentation

- Erstellung, Pflege und Aktualisierung von Design- und Prozess-FMEAs über den gesamten Produkt- und Prozesslebenszyklus
- Sicherstellung der methodisch korrekten FMEA-Struktur, konsistenter Bewertungen sowie der Einhaltung von Normen und Kundenanforderungen (z. B. AIAG-VDA, IATF 16949)
- Durchführung und Moderation regelmäßiger sowie anlassbezogener FMEA-Reviews

- Develop and maintain technical specifications for all raw material packaging and intercompany packaging (e.g., films, cartons, labels, pallets, liners, bags)
- Evaluate packaging materials for performance, durability, compliance, and compatibility with production equipment
- Lead packaging trials, testing, and validation activities
- Support new product introductions and packaging changes by defining requirements and ensuring supplier readiness
- Review and approve supplier documentation (technical data sheets, drawings)
- Conduct supplier capability assessments and support qualification processes
- Investigate packaging-related quality issues and lead root cause analysis with suppliers
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Identify opportunities to reduce packaging costs through material optimization, design changes, or supplier improvements
- Support sustainability initiatives such as lightweighting, recyclability, and waste reduction
- Provide technical support for packaging planning, inventory management, and supplier performance reviews
