Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
- Ganzheitliche Content-Kreation für die externen Kommunikationskanäle der BBT SE – von Konzeption bis zur textlichen oder multimedialen Aufbereitung
- plattformübergreifende Veröffentlichung, sowohl im digitalen Bereich (Newsletter, Social Media, Website usw.) als auch in analogen Formaten (Broschüren, Informationstafeln usw.)
- Analyse und Reporting der Leistungskennzahlen (KPIs)
- Mitwirkung an strategischer Redaktions- & Medienplanung
- Fachliche Betreuung und Koordination externer Dienstleister (bspw. Videografen, Fotografen)
- Eigenständige Medienproduktion (Foto & Video) bei Bedarf Erstellung von Visual Content
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen zur Identifikation und Aufbereitung relevanter Unternehmensthemen und Meilensteine.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure consistent branding by implementing corporate design guidelines across all media channels
- Design and refine templates for digital and print applications and adapt designs across platforms
- Prepare production-ready files for digital and print formats, ensuring accuracy and high quality
- Edit and enhance visuals, including retouching, compositing and optimising images to meet creative and technical standards
- Develop layouts and typography, including typesetting and final artwork, to meet diverse project needs
- Conceptualize and produce visual content for branding, advertising, brochures and product packaging
- Optimize and adapt visuals, such as images and illustrations, to meet marketing objectives and technical specifications
- Support the creation of digital content by contributing to and collaborating on the development of compelling multimedia assets

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the company’s intranet project as project manager, including concept development, coordination of stakeholders, and implementation of new structures and communication formats together with the IT department
- Develop and implement a content and channel strategy to enhance communication effectiveness and employee engagement
- Continuously improve and innovate internal communication tools, such as the company intranet, to foster effective knowledge management and employee connectivity
- Produce internal communication materials to support content dissemination and project updates
- Manage South Tyrolian media relations, acting as the first point of contact for press inquiries and ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Conceptualize and create comprehensive international press clippings and media monitoring reports
