Your responsibilities:
  • Manage sales forecasting for assigned markets
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales teams to monitor sales performance and coordinate any exceptional events that impact demand
  • Take the lead in resolving stock level issues by coordinating with Customer Service, Sales, and the Planning team, aiming to minimize cost impact
  • Contribute to projects involving new product launches and the relaunch of existing products
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
  • Integrate and maintain logistics concepts within the ERP system (SAP)
  • Support SAP integration projects related to logistics processes
  • Control and monitor logistics processes across SCM, intralogistics, inbound, and outbound logistics
  • Lead digitalization initiatives and support Industry 4.0 implementation
  • Translate logistics planning concepts into operational processes
  • Define, track, and analyze logistics KPIs (e.g. internal delivery times, transportation costs, inventory accuracy, inventory turnover, ABC/XYZ analysis)
  • Collaborate closely with Logistics/Process Planning and Production Managers
  • Implement and monitor concepts for warehouse operations, transport, material flow, and provisioning
  • Coordinate with internal departments, customers, and suppliers to optimize supply chain performance
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Analyze and prioritize global demands, including service requests, managing shortages to achieve the best overall result
  • Coordinate and track intercompany orders to guarantee timely delivery; liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers
  • Manage and support bottleneck situations and capacity constraints from supplier through to production line
  • Support production planning prioritization to minimize bottleneck impact; assist in defining new delivery dates and customer communication
  • Assist in coordination of transportation and delivery schedules
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or bottlenecks and generate regular management reports
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, production planning, material disposition, and operations teams to ensure order fulfillment and product availability
  • Support risk management by identifying potential supply chain risks and assisting in developing mitigation strategies
YOUR TASKS
  • Planning, preparation, and documentation of workshops

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop, maintain and optimize Business Intelligence and reporting solutions to enhance financial and business performance tracking
  • Design and manage efficient data warehouses for streamlined data storage and retrieval, leveraging AI where applicable
  • Implement data-driven controlling strategies, ensuring accuracy, transparency and reliability in financial assessments
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple systems
  • Utilize advanced analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python) to create insightful reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data collection processes and drive continuous improvement
  • Support the automation of controlling workflows by identifying opportunities for increased efficiency
  • Build and simulate financial models, providing analysis, budgeting, ROI calculations and other insights to support business planning
  • Define and implement standardized processes and reporting structures for budgeting and financial reporting, with a strong focus on process improvement and simplification
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in Italy, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling products and services, as well as to acquire new customers within the region
  • Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and support overall business planning efforts
  • Drive revenue growth, ensure market share and successfully introduce products and services
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide them commercial and technical support, addressing their needs effectively
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing Team and generate market reports to support the decision-making process, ensuring alignment between sales and marketing efforts
  • Generate forecasts and reports, by tracking performance, identify areas for improvement and monitor market trends
  • Represent Alpitronic at trade fairs, events and congresses
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Define the strategic and international direction, planning and development of global sourcing strategies to achieve business objectives and ensure sustainable value creation
  • Strategic supplier selection, qualification and development
  • Identify and qualify new procurement sources in accordance with the agreed sourcing strategies to ensure long term competitiveness and supply capability, create optimal cost structures, reduce capital lock-up and Alpitronic's risk, including supplier performance and capacity assessment
  • Ensure the resilience of the supply chain (multi-sourcing, near-shoring, standardisation, diversification of the manufacturing network, etc.)
  • Optimise supply chain processes by implementing best practices to increase efficiency and productivity, minimise risk and improve supplier and product quality
  • Design and negotiate domestic and international procurement contracts and supply agreements to ensure optimum cost, quality, availability, low capital commitment, flexibility and service
  • Optimise material costs by actively participating in new product development and managing the purchasing activities associated with the initial stages of new product qualification and launch
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators for procurement to monitor the success of strategies and processes and ensure continuous improvement
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales, R&D, Product Quality and other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment of sourcing and supply chain initiatives
  • Identify, assess and manage risks to ensure business continuity and compliance
  • Lead and develop teams of sourcing professionals to achieve high levels of performance and successful execution of the business strategy
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory, environmental and social standards in the supply chain
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support, develop, and optimise SAP Production Planning (PP) and Project System (PS) modules, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP and third-party systems
  • Collaborate with business departments to analyse financial and controlling requirements, develop suitable SAP solutions and configure PP/PS modules accordingly
  • Lead and participate in projects for SAP PP/PS implementation, optimisation and enhancement (e.g., rollouts, upgrades), while ensuring system stability and availability
  • Analyse existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities and implement efficient solutions through process optimization and customization
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, perform error analysis, troubleshoot SAP PP/PS-related issues and coordinate with external service providers
  • Conduct end-user training, create documentation and manuals, and ensure smooth knowledge transfer within the organisation
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design, develop and implement large-scale projects for cloud-based systems
  • Planning, definition of requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance of the software development lifecycle for AWS solutions
  • Identify, analyse and resolve infrastructure troubleshoot incidents and application deployment issues and implement preventative measures
  • Provide guidance on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, through appropriate training
  • Modernise and consolidate IT infrastructure and implement the best cloud-based solutions for the company, to ensure continued impact on growth
  • Customise AWS applications to make the business more secure and efficient
  • Monitoring the migration process of the new applications to the cloud so that it is seamless and in line with the organisation's operations
  • Definition and documentation of the best practices and strategies for application deployment and infrastructure maintenance
  • Ensure application and cloud environment performance, maintaining high standards and complying with company security policies
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create and manage comprehensive supply chain plans that ensure alignment with production schedules, demand forecasts, and inventory targets
  • Regularly assess inventory levels, production capacity, and lead times to optimize stock and reduce operational costs
  • Work cross-functionally with procurement, production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless material flow and product availability
  • Identify and evaluate potential risks within the supply chain, including supplier issues, transportation delays, market changes and implement mitigation strategies
  • Develop contingency plans and alternative sourcing options to reduce risk exposure and ensure continuity in supply
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of supply chain operations, such as order fulfillment, inventory turnover, and supplier performance
  • Participate in continuous process improvement by analyzing existing workflows and suggesting process optimizations
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Define and execute global sourcing strategies for key commodity categories in alignment with company objectives
  • Lead the global commodity management team, ensuring organizational effectiveness and continuous development
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and spend optimization
  • Build and manage relationships with strategic suppliers to ensure long-term value and innovation
