As a Senior Product Owner, you will serve as the visionary leader behind our next‑generation platform, defining both the “What” and the “Why” of the product. You will act as the strategic bridge between business objectives, user experience, and technical execution. Your mission is to maximize the value delivered by the development team, ensuring that our scalable and resilient solutions align with long‑term company goals and evolving market needs.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the product roadmap and translate high‑level business goals into actionable themes, epics, and user stories
- Lead the refinement, prioritization, and continuous maintenance of the product backlog to ensure the team focuses on the highest‑value initiatives
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, balancing competing requirements and managing expectations
- Take full responsibility for features throughout their lifecycle, from discovery and conceptualization to release and post‑launch optimization
- Collaborate closely with Senior Developers to understand technical constraints and ensure architectural decisions support long‑term scalability
- Define KPIs together with Product Marketing and use data, user insights, and market research to guide product decisions
- Define clear acceptance criteria and work with the team to ensure each release meets the highest standards of quality and user value
- Lead agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Refinements) and continuously improve product discovery and delivery processes
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Significant previous experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in SaaS or complex web application environments
- Strong understanding of web technologies (APIs, Cloud, Databases) and the ability to engage in meaningful architectural discussions with C# and Vue.js developers
- Experience working with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban; certifications like CSPO or PSPO are a plus
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools for data analysis, roadmapping, and user research (e.g., Jira, Productboard)
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and manage trade‑offs between ideal solutions and timely delivery
- Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with engineering, UX/UI, and leadership teams while fostering transparency and shared goals
- Deep customer empathy, with the ability to identify user pain points and turn them into impactful product improvements
- Pragmatic problem‑solving approach, balancing long‑term product vision with short‑term priorities and resource constraints
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian and/or German is an advantage
