Key Responsibilities:
- Own full P&L responsibility for Business Unit Textile, steering revenue, margin and cost development to secure profitable growth
- Lead the sales team with disciplinary responsibility, own the sales forecast, and personally support complex capital-goods sales cycles through to closing
- Define the product roadmap and set target prices for your Business Unit, in line with group-wide pricing governance
- Own pricing governance for your Business Unit and escalate conflicts between BU-specific pricing strategy and global pricing logic to the CEO and CSO for final decision
- Set go-to-market priorities within your Business Unit and convert the pipeline qualified by the central Marketing/Growth organization
- Leverage the Group's central CRM, data and marketing infrastructure so your team can focus fully on conversion and product strategy

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and coordinate the Hyperautomation product as a cross‑functional initiative within Digital Products & Innovation
- Co‑create the roadmap, priorities, milestones, scope, and governance model with relevant stakeholders
- Drive the development of core digital capabilities, including early issue detection, automated analysis, guided or automated remediation, and structured issue outputs for downstream workflows
- Ensure alignment with adjacent capabilities (diagnostics, dispatch handovers, customer‑facing settings, Hypersuite integration) while maintaining clear ownership boundaries
- Act as the central interface between Digital Products & Innovation and stakeholders in Service, R&D, Data Science, IT, Quality, and Legal
- Ensure the product fits Alpitronic’s service model, SLA logic, and operational realities
- Support Service in packaging, pricing, rollout, and customer communication by coordinating required product inputs and dependencies
- Ensure the product is scalable, reliable, observable, maintainable, and aligned with long‑term architectural goals
- Define and track success metrics such as detection rate, automation contribution, MTTR improvement, quality of issue outputs, and product adoption
- Report progress, risks, dependencies, and escalation topics to your direct manager and relevant stakeholders
- Build structure, alignment, and momentum across distributed teams
- Help establish an effective collaboration model between product, engineering, service, and other involved functions

- Design and implement leadership development initiatives across different leadership levels, aligned with Alpitronic's leadership framework and business priorities
- Facilitate impactful development experiences through workshops, coaching, mentoring, peer learning and experiential learning approaches
- Drive talent management processes, including talent identification, assessment, calibration, succession planning and development planning
- Support the definition and implementation of career progression models and internal mobility opportunities across managerial and expert career paths
- Contribute to the evolution of performance management, competency frameworks and employee development practices across the organisation
- Enable People Managers to conduct effective goal-setting, feedback and development conversations
- Lead Leadership & Talent Development initiatives from needs analysis and design through implementation and impact measurement
- Partner closely with senior leaders, People Managers and HR stakeholders to translate business needs into pragmatic people development solutions
- Leverage people data, KPIs and market best practices to measure effectiveness and continuously improve programs and initiatives
- Manage relationships with selected external partners, coaches and development providers

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and coordinate HR activities across Alpitronic's European entities, ensuring alignment with business objectives, company culture and global HR standards
- Drive the standardization, harmonization and continuous improvement of HR processes, policies and procedures across all European locations
- Design, implement and oversee local HR structures, guidelines and organizational frameworks in compliance with local labor legislation and company policies
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution and organizational effectiveness
- Partner with business leaders to support organizational development, workforce planning, employee engagement and overall people performance
- Identify organizational and operational improvement opportunities and implement measures to increase efficiency, scalability and employee experience
- Ensure compliance with national labor laws, internal policies and regulatory requirements, while overseeing accurate and timely payroll execution
- Lead HR budgeting, workforce planning and HR controlling activities, providing data-driven insights, KPI reporting and workforce analytics to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure the effective utilization and continuous enhancement of HR systems, maintaining high standards of data quality and process efficiency
- Drive and support key global HR processes, including performance management, talent management, learning & development, succession planning and retention initiatives

Key Responsibilities
- Align Sales & Marketing digital initiatives with the overall Digital Transformation Strategy and commercial priorities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess business processes across all functions to identify where AI can deliver measurable improvement
- Evaluate new AI technologies, tools and market developments, and derive concrete recommendations for our context
- Qualify AI use cases on value, feasibility, data availability and effort, and maintain a prioritized AI portfolio
- Lead AI initiatives together with the delivery teams and members of the respective function, from concept through to productive use, ensuring each solution is handed over with documentation, monitoring and a named owner
- Align the AI portfolio with the IT portfolio and roadmap, and create transparency on effort, benefit and status, as well as present the portfolio for approval at the Digital Steering Committee
- Translate the governance and control framework set by the AI & Information Security Officer into practicable rules and working instructions
- Design a decentralized AI governance model: decision paths, responsibilities, and thresholds that allow low-risk cases to proceed quickly; lead the development of rules, working instructions and best practices for AI use
- Foster and cultivate AI literacy across the enterprise, talent development, and upskilling initiatives to build a future-ready workforce, ensuring that the AI literacy obligations under the EU AI Act are met in practice

Position Overview
- Proactively build on existing business development efforts and chart the Sales Strategy for EMEA, with a heavy focus on the AI and tech sectors
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution, including leading commercial and contractual negotiations
- Own revenue targets and quota attainment for EMEA
- Own pipeline generation and pipeline health ensuring a sufficient pipeline to achieve revenue objectives as well as sales forecasting accuracy, maintaining a predictable, data-driven forecast
- Build relationships with executive decision makers across AI labs, technology companies, retailers, CPG companies / brands, and robotics organizations
- Use and optimize company CRM systems and forecasting processes; create, proactively provide and optimize weekly & monthly sales reports to the CEO
- Develop scalable go-to-market processes, presentations and sales playbooks
- In the future: recruit and hire, then lead and manage, sales and business development team members
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, CTO and CFO on company strategy and growth, and collaborate closely with Sales counterparts in the Americas and the rest of the world

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support, develop, and optimise SAP Materials Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD) modules, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP and third-party systems
- Collaborate with business departments to analyze procurement, logistics and sales requirements, develop suitable SAP solutions and configure MM/SD modules accordingly
- Lead and participate in projects for SAP MM/SD implementation, optimisation and enhancement (e.g., rollouts, upgrades), while ensuring system stability and availability
- Analyse existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities and implement efficient solutions through process optimisation and customisation.
- Ensure effective integration of MM/SD processes with other SAP modules (FI/CO, PP, WM) and external systems
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, perform error analysis, troubleshoot SAP MM/SD-related issues and coordinate with external service providers
- Conduct end-user training, create documentation and manuals, and ensure smooth knowledge transfer within the organisation
