DEIN BEREICH
- Du administrierst, konfigurierst und entwickelst unsere ITSM-Plattform kontinuierlich weiter – von Instanzen, Formularen und Workflows bis hin zu Rollen, Berechtigungen und Eskalationsregeln.
- Du analysierst und behebst komplexe Anwendungs- und Infrastrukturprobleme und stellst einen stabilen, sicheren und leistungsfähigen Betrieb der Plattform sicher.
- Du entwickelst Skripte, Automatisierungen und individuelle Erweiterungen mit Technologien wie PowerShell, JavaScript und PHP, um Prozesse effizienter und zukunftssicher zu gestalten.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain BI-based dashboards and reports for the Sales department to support performance monitoring and decision-making
