YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
- Drive the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Ensure that all relevant Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation and processes are in place to ensure compliance with legal and international standards
- Plan, coordinate and execute internal audits, support customer audits, and prepare and accompany certification audits
- Support and advise process owners in designing, maintaining, and improving IMS processes and documentation
- Contribute to the annual Management Review and ensure transparency of system performance through KPIs
- Deliver training and awareness programs to strengthen IMS understanding and application across teams
- Support the development and execution of the IMS strategy, roadmap and governance framework
- Identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
- Act as a central coordination point for IMS topics, ensuring alignment across functions and stakeholders

- Manage digital transformation projects from planning to delivery (scope, time, budget).
- Ensure a key user approach for relevant R&D applications is established, including UAT coordination and first-level support.

- Support Data Governance (integrity, traceability, access control, audit readiness).
- Promote compliance, quality, safety, and CSR guidelines.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate and maintain the ISMS, ensuring policies, controls, risks and evidence remain accurate, consistent and audit‑ready
- Translate risk assessments and treatment plans into structured, trackable work items in Jira, ensuring full traceability with IMS documentation
- Manage the lifecycle of security controls, including implementation, testing, remediation and exceptions
- Integrate the Information Security function into existing Jira/Confluence workflows, dashboards and templates
- Maintain controlled security documentation in the IMS and support internal and external audits
- Coordinate security intake processes, supplier assessments and access/asset governance activities
- Connect vulnerability and incident outputs to the ISMS and ensure findings drive updates to risks, controls and procedures
- Provide security guidance to engineering, IT and business teams, supported by live data and metrics

- Align Sales & Marketing digital initiatives with the overall Digital Transformation Strategy and commercial priorities.
- Identify opportunities to digitalize and streamline end-to-end commercial processes (e.g., lead-to-order, order-to-cash, campaign execution, customer journey orchestration).
- Manage digital transformation projects from planning to delivery (scope, time, budget), ensuring strong collaboration with the PMO/Transformation Office and the Commercial Process & Project Manager.
- Ensure a key user approach for relevant Sales & Marketing applications (UAT coordination, first-level support, functional analysis).
- Maintain effective communication, stakeholder alignment, and successful change adoption across all involved teams.
- Support data governance for customer and commercial data (integrity, traceability, access control, audit readiness).
- Ensure secure data collaboration with external partners.
- Promote compliance, quality, safety, sustainability, and CSR guidelines.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement the company strategy in terms of Battery technology selection and integration
- Define the guidelines and procedures to be followed for integration of new battery products
- Ensure the development of the necessary tool and documentation for the battery integration
- Act as the primary technical liaison with battery suppliers, focusing on the integration of new products and ensuring that all relevant documentation is up-to-date, complete and compliant with regulatory standards
- Scout, evaluate and establish partnerships with new battery suppliers, focusing on innovation and quality
- Support the procurement team in drafting of supply contracts and the management of battery warranties
- Support the development and enhancement of in-house battery testing facilities, understanding the company needs for integration of battery
- Audit, assess, and maintain relationships with battery manufacturers and suppliers; define test procedures and criteria for battery validation
- Contribute to the design and improvement of battery performance and aging modeling tools, enabling accurate analysis and forecasting
- Ensure the full implementation of HSE procedures in the battery laboratory by adapting processes to operational needs and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment

- Zweisprachigkeitsnachweis B2 (ehem. Niveau B) oder anerkannte Sprachzertifikate B2 in den vier Fertigkeiten (Hören, Lesen, Schreiben, Sprechen)
