Was Dich erwartet:
- Unterstützung, Coaching und Organisation einzelner Prozessbereiche in der Anwendung des agilen Projektmanagements (z.B. Scrum)
- Aktive Gestaltung von produktiver, hindernisfreier und motivierender Arbeitsumgebung für die Scrum-Teams, insbesondere bei der Kommunikation und Koordination im Team, mit den Product Ownern und zwischen den Prozessbereichen
- Begleitung, Moderation und Durchführung einzelner Scrum-Events (z.B. Sprint Retrospective)
- Training des Scrum-Frameworks, inklusive Planung und Durchführung
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von projektübergreifenden Meetings
- Vorbereitung und Update von projektbezogenen Kommunikationsmaterialien
- Unterstützung im Rahmen der Implementierung und Durchführung des Test-Managements
- Unterstützung in der Planung und Durchführung der Gesamtprojektplanung
- Team-Organisation und -koordination, Ressourcenmanagement sowie Onboarding neuer Team-Mitglieder
- Jira-Administration sowie Key- und End-User Schulungen
- Enge Abstimmung mit der Projektleitung hinsichtlich Projekt-Budgetierung und -Controlling sowie des Anforderungs- und Prozessmanagements (Templates & Qualitätssicherung)

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Leitung und Koordination von Softwareentwicklungsprojekten von der Planung bis zur Fertigstellung.
- Erstellung und Überwachung von Projektplänen, Zeitplänen und Budgets.
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und Terminen.
- Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, einschließlich, Teammitgliedern und Geschäftsführung.

- Koordination und Steuerung bei der Planung und Realisierung von Schnittstellen innerhalb der S/4HANA Greenfield-Implementierung sowie mit den entsprechenden Umsystemen
- Hauptansprechpartner für alle Teams von Drittanbietern, Geschäftsanwender und Projektumsetzungsteams für den Themenkomplex Schnittstellen
- Bedarfsgerechte Planung und Umsetzung der Schnittstellen durch Abstimmung mit Architektur, Entwicklung und Test- sowie Cut-Over Management
- Erstellung und Umsetzung eines Schnittstellenmanagementplans sowie Überwachung und Koordinierung
- Erstellung und Pflege Projektrelevanter, standardisierter Dokumente sowie regelmäßige Berichte für das Management
- Sicherstellung eines kooperativen Ansatzes im gesamten Team
- Vermittlung zwischen den unterschiedlichen Streams innerhalb des Projekts sowie Priorisierung und Umsetzung des Schnittstellenmanagements
- Koordinierung aller relevanten Projektteams und ihrer Arbeitsbelastung, um zeitliche Engpässe und Konflikte zwischen den Aufgaben verschiedener Teams zu vermeiden

- Aufbau und Automatisierung von Datenflüssen, Dashboards und Reports (z. B. Power BI, Google Analytics, SQL)
- Analyse von Web- und Nutzerdaten zur Identifikation von Trends, Mustern und Handlungsempfehlungen
- Entwicklung und Pflege von Tracking-Konfigurationen und Tag-Management
- Erarbeitung von Optimierungsstrategien für Website, App und CRM
- Mitwirkung beim Aufbau der Customer Data Platform
- Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Analytics-Agenturen
- Aufbereitung und Präsentation von Analyseergebnissen für Entscheidungsträger

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead new and complex end-to-end SAP implementation projects, from initial planning and scoping through to implementation, go-live, and post-go-live support
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal departments, external consultants, and vendors
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and provide regular updates to senior management
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success
- Support change management and user training initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of SAP solutions

- Collaborate with business departments to analyse financial and controlling requirements, develop suitable SAP solutions and configure PP/PS modules accordingly
- Lead and participate in projects for SAP PP/PS implementation, optimisation and enhancement (e.g., rollouts, upgrades), while ensuring system stability and availability
- Analyse existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities and implement efficient solutions through process optimization and customization
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, perform error analysis, troubleshoot SAP PP/PS-related issues and coordinate with external service providers
- Conduct end-user training, create documentation and manuals, and ensure smooth knowledge transfer within the organisation

- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, perform error analysis, troubleshoot SAP FI/CO-related issues and coordinate with external service providers

- Lead and participate in projects for SAP MM/SD implementation, optimisation and enhancement (e.g., rollouts, upgrades), while ensuring system stability and availability
- Analyse existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities and implement efficient solutions through process optimisation and customisation.
- Ensure effective integration of MM/SD processes with other SAP modules (FI/CO, PP, WM) and external systems
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, perform error analysis, troubleshoot SAP MM/SD-related issues and coordinate with external service providers
- Conduct end-user training, create documentation and manuals, and ensure smooth knowledge transfer within the organisation
