- Datenanalyse & Modellierung: Analyse und Aufbereitung von Markt-, Handels- und Unternehmensdaten (insb. Italien). Entwicklung von Modellen, Algorithmen und Berechnungslogiken zur Abbildung komplexer energie- und handelsbezogener Prozesse
- Controlling & Reporting: Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Strukturen. Erstellung von Management-Dashboards, Forecasts, Soll-Ist-Vergleichen und Abweichungsanalysen für Liquidität, Performance und Prozessqualität
- Prozessautomatisierung: Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und Umsetzung pragmatischer Automatisierungslösungen (z. B. Datenpipelines, Skripte), um manuelle Backoffice-Prozesse effizienter zu gestalten.

- Design, build and operate scalable, cloud native platforms and data infrastructure adopting best-practices architecture patterns with a strong focus on automation, observability and reliability
- Plan, build, test, deploy, and optimize cloud platforms and services on Azure, AWS, and Databricks, leveraging DevOps practices to deliver secure, reliable, high-performance solutions and enable a data-driven organization
- Manage and optimize Linux-based infrastructure and platforms, including system lifecycle management, patching, hardening, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Identify, analyse and resolve infrastructure incidents, CI/CD pipeline issues and deployment challenges while implementing preventive and self healing measures
- Oversee and continuously improve application and data migrations to the cloud, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal operational impact.
- Ensure high availability, performance and compliance of applications and cloud environments, aligned with company security and governance standards

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement backend services for an incident‑automation platform, including telemetry processing, orchestration, workflow execution, case/ticket integrations, and platform APIs
- Evolve the current architecture from tightly coupled workflows and database‑driven logic to a modular, event‑driven, and scalable backend platform
- Build and maintain reliable integrations with charger telemetry, ticketing/case systems, service workflows, and customer‑facing product components
- Improve workflow reliability, idempotency, retry mechanisms, state management, error handling, and auditability across automated playbooks
- Collaborate with product, service, R&D, and data engineering teams to translate operational playbooks into maintainable backend capabilities
- Contribute to technical decisions on rules/policy handling, workflow orchestration, context modeling, observability, and system scalability
- Support the implementation of secure, governed, and monitorable AI/agent‑based backend capabilities where appropriate
- Help define engineering standards, testing strategies, deployment patterns, and the long‑term backend architecture

- Operate and maintain the ISMS, ensuring policies, controls, risks and evidence remain accurate, consistent and audit‑ready
- Translate risk assessments and treatment plans into structured, trackable work items in Jira, ensuring full traceability with IMS documentation
- Manage the lifecycle of security controls, including implementation, testing, remediation and exceptions
- Integrate the Information Security function into existing Jira/Confluence workflows, dashboards and templates
- Maintain controlled security documentation in the IMS and support internal and external audits
- Coordinate security intake processes, supplier assessments and access/asset governance activities
- Connect vulnerability and incident outputs to the ISMS and ensure findings drive updates to risks, controls and procedures
- Provide security guidance to engineering, IT and business teams, supported by live data and metrics

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess business processes across all functions to identify where AI can deliver measurable improvement
- Evaluate new AI technologies, tools and market developments, and derive concrete recommendations for our context
- Qualify AI use cases on value, feasibility, data availability and effort, and maintain a prioritized AI portfolio
- Lead AI initiatives together with the delivery teams and members of the respective function, from concept through to productive use, ensuring each solution is handed over with documentation, monitoring and a named owner
- Align the AI portfolio with the IT portfolio and roadmap, and create transparency on effort, benefit and status, as well as present the portfolio for approval at the Digital Steering Committee
- Translate the governance and control framework set by the AI & Information Security Officer into practicable rules and working instructions
- Design a decentralized AI governance model: decision paths, responsibilities, and thresholds that allow low-risk cases to proceed quickly; lead the development of rules, working instructions and best practices for AI use
- Foster and cultivate AI literacy across the enterprise, talent development, and upskilling initiatives to build a future-ready workforce, ensuring that the AI literacy obligations under the EU AI Act are met in practice
