YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively explore and develop new business relationships, customers and concrete opportunities in the market segment Commercial Vehicle Charging
- Create specific sales strategies and supporting a business plan creation within the commercial vehicle charging segment, to drive revenue growth and margins
- Negotiate and close contracts and frame agreements with strategic customers
- Generate forecasts and reports based on sales activities
- Ensure market share and successful introduction of existing and specific new products
- Conduct customer visits, by providing commercial and technical consulting for suitable charging solutions
- Manage customers’ commercial and technical inquiries
- Provide market information and support the elaboration of blueprints for our specific solution offering in the Commercial Vehicle Charging market, in close alignment with the Segment Marketing department

- Zusammenarbeit mit IT und externen Entwicklern bei Auswahl und Management von E-Business-Plattformen
- Definition und Umsetzung von E-Commerce-Strategien für B2B-Kunden

Key Responsibilities
- Align Sales & Marketing digital initiatives with the overall Digital Transformation Strategy and commercial priorities.
- Identify opportunities to digitalize and streamline end-to-end commercial processes (e.g., lead-to-order, order-to-cash, campaign execution, customer journey orchestration).
- Manage digital transformation projects from planning to delivery (scope, time, budget), ensuring strong collaboration with the PMO/Transformation Office and the Commercial Process & Project Manager.
- Ensure a key user approach for relevant Sales & Marketing applications (UAT coordination, first-level support, functional analysis).
- Maintain effective communication, stakeholder alignment, and successful change adoption across all involved teams.
- Support data governance for customer and commercial data (integrity, traceability, access control, audit readiness).
- Ensure secure data collaboration with external partners.
- Promote compliance, quality, safety, sustainability, and CSR guidelines.

Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and PR strategies to promote Danfoss Motion Servo Drives.
- Help identify and connect with technical influencers, especially those relevant to automation and servo applications.
- Create content for social media platforms and contribute to developing a structured social media marketing plan.
- Support in the production of video content, including tutorials and product demonstrations.
- Research suitable websites, technical portals, and communities to increase product visibility and digital footprint.
- Assist with digital advertising initiatives (e.g., context ads, social ads) and monitor campaign performance.
- Contribute ideas and assist in preparation for trade shows and fairs, including booth messaging and visuals.
- Support PR efforts targeting OEMs, machine builders, and system integrators working on motion control and multi-axis applications.

YOUR TASKS
- Collaborate with local markets to maximize the capitalization of the digital commerce performance insights, lead business reviews, identify gaps (e.g. ineffective promotions and recommend adjustments to improve competitiveness and ROI) and translate them into targeted action plans
- Drive and follow up acceleration initiatives by prioritizing key commercial levers to focus on, working cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve execution quality
- Work closely with local teams to improve operational execution across digital sub-channels, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and maximizing channel performance (e.g. assortment mix efficiency, promo effectiveness) and ROI
- Leverage performance and digital shelf insights to enable decisions, support key business activities (e.g. negotiations), and deploy Digital Shelf Analytics tools to identify issues and prioritize actions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address execution gaps, resolve operational challenges
- Drive the advancement of digital commerce maturity across markets by building operational capabilities through knowledge sharing and practical guidance, improving e-commerce processes and ways of working
- Actively engage with local markets to assess and deliver tailored solutions aligned with business objectives
- Develop, share and operationalize best practices (guidelines, playbooks), and participate in/lead initiatives aimed at maximizing the exploitation of digital commerce business potential
