Position Overview
- Proactively build on existing business development efforts and chart the Sales Strategy for EMEA, with a heavy focus on the AI and tech sectors
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution, including leading commercial and contractual negotiations
- Own revenue targets and quota attainment for EMEA
- Own pipeline generation and pipeline health ensuring a sufficient pipeline to achieve revenue objectives as well as sales forecasting accuracy, maintaining a predictable, data-driven forecast
- Build relationships with executive decision makers across AI labs, technology companies, retailers, CPG companies / brands, and robotics organizations
- Use and optimize company CRM systems and forecasting processes; create, proactively provide and optimize weekly & monthly sales reports to the CEO
- Develop scalable go-to-market processes, presentations and sales playbooks
- In the future: recruit and hire, then lead and manage, sales and business development team members
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, CTO and CFO on company strategy and growth, and collaborate closely with Sales counterparts in the Americas and the rest of the world

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Führung der Projekte in der Entwicklungsphase unter Einhaltung der Vorgaben des Leiters Business Development
- Verwaltung der Genehmigungsverfahren, insbesondere Einreichung von Anträgen, Integration von Dokumenten, Beziehungen zu den beteiligten Behörden auf allen Ebenen, sowie sämtlicher Tätigkeiten, die zur Erlangung der Genehmigungen für den Bau und Betrieb neuer Anlagen erforderlich sind
- Koordination externer Kooperationspartner für Flächenakquise
- Koordination externer Entwicklungspartner
- Evaluierung von Projekten, Überprüfung von Datenbanken genehmigender Behörden
- Kommunikation mit Behörden, Grundstückseigentümern etc.
- Energieerzeugungsberechnungen, wirtschaftliche Machbarkeit, Voranalysen
- Koordination der Ausführungsplanung mit externen Planern
- Nach Bedarf Unterstützung des Bauleiters bei der Projekterrichtung
- Reporting an Bereichsleitung
