WAS DICH ERWARTET
- Entwicklung und Entwurf von Software-Testfällen in Übereinstimmung mit der Teststrategie sowie den Testplänen für unsere Ladegeräte und ihrer Softwaremodule
- Durchführung von manuellen und automatisierten Testfällen zur Validierung der Funktionalität, Benutzerfreundlichkeit und Leistung der Softwareanwendungen.
- Implementierung und Verbesserung unseres Softwaretest-Frameworks und Softwaretest-Infrastruktur
- Statische Code-Analyse sowie Reporting von Verbesserungsvorschlägen
- Dokumentation des Testaufbaus, der Testfälle sowie des Testfortschritts

Job Responsibilities
- Specify, author and perform automatic and manual test cases for our high-performance motion drives
- Verify the correct functionality of drive software in all phases of development
- Supporting Software Development
- Co-operation with different departments from R&D such as Laboratory, Hardware or Approvals on local and global level.
- Continuously improve and expand our automated test systems.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and drive the overall System Testing & Certification strategy aligned with product requirements and the R&D roadmap
- Lead the planning and execution of system validation, qualification, and certification activities throughout the product development lifecycle
- Define and manage Validation Plans (DVP&R), Type Tests, Qualification Programs, and Certification Plans in compliance with applicable standards (e.g. IEC, ISO, UL)
- Ensure full traceability between product requirements, validation activities, test results, identified issues, and certification evidence
- Develop risk-based validation strategies balancing coverage, laboratory utilization, compliance requirements, and time-to-market
- Drive issue resolution during validation, including root cause analysis and verification of corrective actions
- Collaborate with engineering teams, external laboratories, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities
- Promote advanced testing methodologies, laboratory technologies, automation, and data-driven validation approaches
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness of validation reports, certification documentation, and compliance evidence
- Lead, coach, and develop the assigned Testing & Certification team while optimizing resources, laboratory capacity, and project priorities

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
- Perform complex troubleshooting, upgrades and commissioning tasks across global locations
- Provide on-site support for special customer cases, pilot installations and escalated technical issues
- Support international service teams through targeted interventions and expertise sharing
- Deliver remote technical guidance to our Field Service Technicians via phone, video call and digital tools
- Contribute to internal training programs and help shape hands-on learning experiences for new Technicians
- Collaborate on strategic projects, including prototype testing, product enhancements and process optimization
