YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate all FMEA related activities during the engineering process (CP2) but also the continuous updates of documents within serial production
- Monitor status of defined measures within the different FMEAs
- Support pro-actively the engineering process (CP2) and the production process (CP3) as well as related sub processes activities in regards to quality risk mitigation
- Qualify employees in the usage of tools, methodology and standard
- Development of the FMEA methodology, tool and standard

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor chargers performance using collected field data to proactively identify and resolve issues, particularly during product launch phases
- Apply systematic troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve technical issues with the chargers in customer applications, like:
- Data mining using corporate tools
- Analysis of system logs and specific data collection
- Performance of tests to reproduce, isolate and address the issues
- Work with all the development teams to resolve complex issues quickly and effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
- Provide guidance to data analysts and scientists on the strategic direction of their activities

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
- Cost Modeling: Develop and maintain precise cost models covering materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.
- Cost Estimation: Provide accurate cost estimates for new designs and engineering changes.
- Data Analysis: Analyze cost data to identify cost drivers and trends and develop strategies for cost reduction.
- Supplier Collaboration: Collaborate with procurement to negotiate favorable supplier terms and evaluate quotes for competitiveness.
- Value Engineering: Facilitate value engineering workshops to promote innovative and cost-effective design alternatives.
- Team Training: Train and mentor teams on cost models, fostering a cost-conscious culture within the organization.

- Define, approve and test software development activities with internal developers and external vendors, ensuring proper implementation of requirements
