YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and enhance a high-performing Equipment Engineering team.
  • Continuously analyse the performance of equipments and test systems.
  • Specify equipment and test sytems for production, process and quality reliability.
  • Support the validation of the equipment and test system development (SW & HW).
  • Create and send for release the investment request documents.
  • Introduce, track, and optimize KPIs such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
  • Plan and track the entire equipment realization and commissioning process.
  • Ramp up and stabilize the usage of Equipment and Test Sytems in production. 
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, laboratory, and production teams.
  • Delegate representatives to production departments (Matrix structure).
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the overall SAP system landscape, including installation, configuration, monitoring and maintenance of SAP systems (e.g. ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Solution Manager, PI/PO)
  • Plan and execute SAP system upgrades, enhancement packages and patches, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations
  • Regularly monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and implement performance tuning measures to ensure optimal system operation
  • Ensure regular system backups, system security and develop disaster recovery plans to maintain high availability and business continuity for critical systems
  • Manage the SAP transport system and coordinate transports across the SAP landscape, ensuring smooth deployment of changes and updates in development, quality and production environments
  • Administer SAP databases, including performance monitoring, capacity planning, backups and troubleshooting database-related issues (Oracle, HANA, etc.)
  • Design and plan SAP system landscapes, including high availability, disaster recovery setups and cloud integrations, ensuring scalability and reliability
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP Basis-related issues, including system outages, performance problems and configuration errors
  • Use tools such as SAP Solution Manager to proactively monitor, alert and report on the health of SAP systems
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures and best practices

  • Being in charge of maintaining client relationships and ensuring the fulfillment of their needs
  • Providing regular updates on service delivery and responding to client inquiries and concerns
  • Managing service delivery budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and that costs are kept within budget
  • Overseeing the efforts of different teams to ensure that the services are delivered efficiently and on time
  • Tracking and monitoring services performance, by defining and implementing key performance indicators
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as required, to ensure the continued development and efficiency of the department based on industry and market trends
  • Guaranteeing compliance with service level agreements and that the services provided meet the required quality standards
  • Building and maintaining high-performing teams, providing guidance and coaching 
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitor and track ongoing funded projects, ensuring compliance with funding requirements
  • Prepare periodic reports for funding agencies, summarizing project progress and financials
  • Coordinate documentation and maintain accurate filing systems for funding-related activities
  • Research and summarize relevant funding opportunities
  • Assist in preparing new funding applications and supporting documentation
