YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and track ongoing funded projects, ensuring compliance with funding requirements
- Prepare periodic reports for funding agencies, summarizing project progress and financials
- Coordinate documentation and maintain accurate filing systems for funding-related activities
- Research and summarize relevant funding opportunities
- Assist in preparing new funding applications and supporting documentation

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organization and supervision of the regular bookkeeping activities in the Group’s foreign subsidiaries.
- Coordination with other accounting teams to ensure the accuracy of intercompany reconciliations and the timely issuance of invoices for intercompany services
- Coordination of the issuance of intercompany invoices, ensuring compliance with Group processes
- Supervision of the timing and accounting of outgoing payments made by the Group’s foreign subsidiaries
- Support in the roll-out of SAP FI in foreign subsidiaries
- Preparation of statistical analyses and reports according to the instructions of department managers, as well as support in preparing presentations for the management
- Collaboration in the monthly and annual financial closing process
- Operational and disciplinary responsibility for the team

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing procedures required to maintain the AEO certification
- Monitoring customs compliance and updating internal processes accordingly
- Supporting strategic customs planning and optimizing international goods flows
- Coordinating with customs authorities, certification bodies, and internal departments
- Managing the company’s foreign VAT registrations (set‑up, changes, closures)
- Maintaining foreign VAT ledgers and collecting data for periodic VAT filings in various countries
- Preparing and managing Intrastat declarations for goods and services
- Ensuring correct classification of transactions for customs and VAT purposes
- Supporting administrative and logistics teams in issuing and recording VAT‑relevant documents
- Monitoring international tax and customs deadlines
