DEINE AUFGABEN
- Verantwortung für die laufende Buchhaltung definierter Gesellschaften – inklusive korrekter und termingerechter Verbuchung aller Geschäftsvorfälle, Kontenabstimmungen und Sicherstellung der Abschlussfähigkeit
- Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach nationalen Rechnungslegungsstandards – mit Fokus auf Qualität, Termintreue und belastbare Abschlussdokumentation
- Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsthemen – insbesondere im Bereich Anlagevermögen, Rückstellungen und Abgrenzungen, einschließlich Plausibilisierung, Dokumentation und Abstimmung mit relevanten Schnittstellen
- Durchführung von Intercompany-Abstimmungen und Klärung von Differenzen sowie Unterstützung bei der Verrechnung und Verbuchung von Intercompany-Leistungen
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung der monatlichen und jährlichen Konzernabschlüsse sowie Durchführung von Konsolidierungsbuchungen, insbesondere IC-Eliminierungen und Equity-Bewertungen
- Unterstützung bei steuerrelevanten Fragestellungen, der Umsetzung und Dokumentation von Transfer-Pricing-Richtlinien sowie bei der Vorbereitung von Audits und Steuerprüfungen
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Konsolidierungs- und Reporting-Tools in enger Zusammenarbeit mit IT, Controlling und externen Partnern
- Aktive Mitgestaltung von Prozessverbesserungen, Standardisierung und Digitalisierung im Finance-Bereich

Your responsibilties
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable: review, coding, and posting of all ongoing business transactions
- Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Assistance with tax reporting (VAT, Intrastat, etc.) and internal analyses
- Monitoring and reconciliation of accounts
- Payment management: planning, coordination, and monitoring of timely payments to suppliers and business partners
- Dunning process and monitoring of various due dates
- Contribution to the optimization of accounting processes
- Collaboration with external partners (tax advisors, payroll office, etc.)
- Investments and fixed assets: oversight of budgets and assets and proper management
- Grants management: preparation and handling of funding applications as well as proper reporting

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, assess and monitor subsidy and grant opportunities relevant to the organization
- Support the preparation and review of subsidy applications, financial plans and budgets
- Design, implement and maintain a full P&L monitoring process and related reports
- Build and simulate financial models and scenarios to support business plans, budgeting, ROI calculation, and decision‑making
- Perform detailed analysis of financial results vs. forecasts and prior periods, highlight risks, and support cross‑functional teams in identifying root causes and countermeasures
- Develop a global reporting architecture across countries, customers, cost centers and contracts
- Define and implement standard processes for budgeting and reporting, focusing on efficiency, simplification and continuous improvement
- Track actual vs. planned financial KPIs, explain deviations and provide insights on cost structure, SLAs and transfer prices in collaboration with Accounting
- Support overall business growth and advise management on key business drivers

Your Tasks
- Drive the optimization of FMCG product cost structures, ensuring competitive unit costs and improved gross margins
- Maintain accurate, consistent and regularly updated standard costs as a reliable steering baseline
- Create full transparency of actual product and manufacturing costs, including variance analyses (price/quantity/mix) and followup on corrective actions
- Monitor and analyze production efficiency and productivity KPIs, including OEE, machine and labour utilization, and other metrics, to ensure alignment with production targets
- Conduct detailed cost analysis related to production, including direct material usage, labour efficiency, machine utilization, and manufacturing overhead absorption
- Identify and continuously optimize key cost drivers based on factbased manufacturing and product cost analyses, in close collaboration with Category Management and Engineering & Production (E&P) functions
- Enable factbased pricing, portfolio and innovation decisions through timely, consistent and auditproof cost information
