YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and coordinate HR activities across Alpitronic's European entities, ensuring alignment with business objectives, company culture and global HR standards
- Drive the standardization, harmonization and continuous improvement of HR processes, policies and procedures across all European locations
- Design, implement and oversee local HR structures, guidelines and organizational frameworks in compliance with local labor legislation and company policies
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution and organizational effectiveness
- Partner with business leaders to support organizational development, workforce planning, employee engagement and overall people performance
- Identify organizational and operational improvement opportunities and implement measures to increase efficiency, scalability and employee experience
- Ensure compliance with national labor laws, internal policies and regulatory requirements, while overseeing accurate and timely payroll execution
- Lead HR budgeting, workforce planning and HR controlling activities, providing data-driven insights, KPI reporting and workforce analytics to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure the effective utilization and continuous enhancement of HR systems, maintaining high standards of data quality and process efficiency
- Drive and support key global HR processes, including performance management, talent management, learning & development, succession planning and retention initiatives
- Foster constructive relationships with works councils, labor representatives, external consultants and other relevant stakeholders across Europe
- Collaborate closely with global HR teams and other regions to ensure alignment of processes, policies and strategic initiatives

Position Overview
- Proactively build on existing business development efforts and chart the Sales Strategy for EMEA, with a heavy focus on the AI and tech sectors
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution, including leading commercial and contractual negotiations
- Own revenue targets and quota attainment for EMEA
- Own pipeline generation and pipeline health ensuring a sufficient pipeline to achieve revenue objectives as well as sales forecasting accuracy, maintaining a predictable, data-driven forecast
- Build relationships with executive decision makers across AI labs, technology companies, retailers, CPG companies / brands, and robotics organizations
- Use and optimize company CRM systems and forecasting processes; create, proactively provide and optimize weekly & monthly sales reports to the CEO
- Develop scalable go-to-market processes, presentations and sales playbooks
- In the future: recruit and hire, then lead and manage, sales and business development team members
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, CTO and CFO on company strategy and growth, and collaborate closely with Sales counterparts in the Americas and the rest of the world

YOUR TASKS
- Coordinate and ensure the accurate execution of local digital commerce operations for the EU area across marketplaces, DTC and other digital sales channels, driving flawless e-commerce execution
- Coordinate operational workflows, support product launches, assortment updates, seasonal activations, and delisting activities, ensuring timely and accurate implementation
- Manage and maintain product catalogs, content, pricing, vailability, and promotional activations across multiple platforms and systems
- Ensure consistency and quality of digital commerce master data across PIM, e-commerce platforms, retailer environments, and other connected systems
- Monitor storefront quality, user experience, product visibility, and operational performance, identifying issues and improvement opportunities
- Act as a coordination hub for issue resolution, collaborating with IT, Logistics, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, other global teams and external partners
- Execute and monitor promotional and commercial activities, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and business objectives
- Provide local operational insights and performance reporting, supporting business reviews, forecasting activities, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with Digital Key Account Managers, Activation Teams, CRM Specialists, and Global Digital Commerce functions to translate commercial and marketing plans into flawless execution
- Support the implementation of global frameworks, tools, and best practices while providing structured feedback from EU regional operations
- Act as a key user for Digital Commerce platforms and tools, contributing to testing, process improvements, user adoption, and issue escalation
- Contribute to the optimization of operational processes, governance standards, and ways of working across the Digital Commerce organization
