Deine Aufgaben
- Steuerung und Überwachung der Auftragskalkulation: Auftragsbewertung, Verwaltung der Projektfortschritte (SAL) und der Fertigstellungsgrade (POC), Schätzung und Aktualisierung der Restkosten sowie Analyse der Auftragsmargen und des Gesamtportfolios.
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Betriebsabrechnungsbogens (BAB): Kostenstellenumlage, monatliche Abstimmung mit der Finanzbuchhaltung, Verwaltung der Kostenarten und Umlageschlüssel.
- Aufbau und Aktualisierung der budgetierten Stundensatzkalkulation je Kostenstelle; Berechnung der Ist-Stundensätze und Analyse der Kostenabweichungen.
- Sicherstellung der Konsistenz zwischen dem Kostenmodell und den von der Angebotskalkulation verwendeten Stundensätzen.
- Unterstützung der monatlichen, halbjährlichen und jährlichen betrieblichen Abschlüsse sowie Mitwirkung beim Aufbau des Margen-Forecasts.
- Erstellung und Pflege des Management-Reportings (Power BI) sowie Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung des Berichtswesens gemäß den Konzernstandards.
- Systematische Abstimmung zwischen Finanzbuchhaltung und Betriebsbuchhaltung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion und den Operations zur Erhebung und Validierung der Daten.
- Aktiver Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung des Steuerungssystems im ERP sowie strukturierte Dokumentation von Berechnungsverfahren, Umlageschlüsseln und Abschlussprozessen.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain technical specifications for all raw material packaging and intercompany packaging (e.g., films, cartons, labels, pallets, liners, bags)
- Evaluate packaging materials for performance, durability, compliance, and compatibility with production equipment
- Lead packaging trials, testing, and validation activities
- Support new product introductions and packaging changes by defining requirements and ensuring supplier readiness
- Review and approve supplier documentation (technical data sheets, drawings)
- Conduct supplier capability assessments and support qualification processes
- Investigate packaging-related quality issues and lead root cause analysis with suppliers
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Identify opportunities to reduce packaging costs through material optimization, design changes, or supplier improvements
- Support sustainability initiatives such as lightweighting, recyclability, and waste reduction
- Provide technical support for packaging planning, inventory management, and supplier performance reviews

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, implement, and document configurations, customizations, and scripting solutions within ERP, CRM, BI, ECM, and MES platforms in collaboration with Business Analysts, IT Architects, and Application Owners
- Develop and maintain integration interfaces and automated workflows between business applications; use REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and AI-assisted tools to ensure reliable data exchange and end-to-end process continuity
- Provide technical support and coordination for User Acceptance Testing (UAT): manage test environments, resolve technical defects, and validate go-live readiness
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve application incidents and performance issues; conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective measures
- Manage application lifecycle activities including release planning, version upgrades, patch management, and regression testing; coordinate with software vendors and IT teams
- Create and maintain technical documentation (architecture overviews, interface specifications, configuration guides, runbooks) in line with internal and external standards
- Proactive evaluation and implementation of AI-assisted tools and automation to optimize application performance and integration workflows

Responsibilities
- Architect financial infrastructure for fundraising and international expansion
- Build scalable finance and treasury, FP&A, and accounting functions for multi-country operations
- Maintain and build relationships with European and US institutional investors
- Lead potential M&A activities and integration efforts
- Partner with CEO, CTO and Board on corporate strategy and capital allocation
- Implement enterprise financial systems and controls
- Manage quarterly Board presentations and investor relations
- Oversee bookkeeping and financial reporting

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform root cause analysis and define containment, corrective, and preventive actions, from concept through design and implementation
- Contribute to the definition, validation, and continuous improvement of early failure detection algorithms, diagnostics, and monitoring software
- Translate analysis results and lessons learned into new or updated system and product requirements
- Analyze service tickets and field feedback to identify potential product and system‑level issues
- Investigate system logs, connectivity issues, and software update failures to detect patterns and anomalies
- Diagnose hardware, power electronics, and mechanical failures on returned units
- Classify faults according to frequency, root cause, severity, and customer impact
- Support the R&D organization in the investigation of quality claims and actively contribute to the 8D process for design‑related issues
- Define and provide clear technical repair instructions to internal and external repair centers and verify the effectiveness of implemented countermeasures
- Collaborate closely with the Data Science & Analysis team to leverage remotely available fleet data for system improvement and failure trend analysis
