Key Responsibilities
- Support the company’s sustainability strategy and lead the B Corp certification process (B Impact Assessment, action planning, KPI monitoring, reporting, documentation)
- Implement initiatives on waste reduction, sustainable packaging, energy efficiency, and responsible sourcing
- Define supplier sustainability KPIs and standards with Procurement; promote fair labor practices; analyze and optimize the CO₂ footprint together with Logistics
- Monitor key environmental KPIs and support decarbonization efforts as well as compliance with Italian and EU regulations
- Contribute to programs focused on employee wellbeing, inclusion, community engagement, and social impact initiatives
- Maintain sustainability dashboards, support ESG reporting, and contribute to credible, datadriven CSR communication
- Foster a sustainabilitydriven company culture through workshops, training sessions, and crossfunctional collaboration

- Identify opportunities to digitalize and streamline R&D processes.
- Manage digital transformation projects from planning to delivery (scope, time, budget).
- Ensure a key user approach for relevant R&D applications is established, including UAT coordination and first-level support.
- Ensure effective communication, stakeholder alignment, and change adoption.
- Support Data Governance (integrity, traceability, access control, audit readiness).
- Promote compliance, quality, safety, and CSR guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Align Sales & Marketing digital initiatives with the overall Digital Transformation Strategy and commercial priorities.
- Identify opportunities to digitalize and streamline end-to-end commercial processes (e.g., lead-to-order, order-to-cash, campaign execution, customer journey orchestration).
- Manage digital transformation projects from planning to delivery (scope, time, budget), ensuring strong collaboration with the PMO/Transformation Office and the Commercial Process & Project Manager.
- Ensure a key user approach for relevant Sales & Marketing applications (UAT coordination, first-level support, functional analysis).
- Maintain effective communication, stakeholder alignment, and successful change adoption across all involved teams.
- Support data governance for customer and commercial data (integrity, traceability, access control, audit readiness).
- Ensure secure data collaboration with external partners.
- Promote compliance, quality, safety, sustainability, and CSR guidelines.
