Your Tasks
- Drive the optimization of FMCG product cost structures, ensuring competitive unit costs and improved gross margins
- Maintain accurate, consistent and regularly updated standard costs as a reliable steering baseline
- Create full transparency of actual product and manufacturing costs, including variance analyses (price/quantity/mix) and followup on corrective actions
- Monitor and analyze production efficiency and productivity KPIs, including OEE, machine and labour utilization, and other metrics, to ensure alignment with production targets
- Conduct detailed cost analysis related to production, including direct material usage, labour efficiency, machine utilization, and manufacturing overhead absorption
- Identify and continuously optimize key cost drivers based on factbased manufacturing and product cost analyses, in close collaboration with Category Management and Engineering & Production (E&P) functions
- Enable factbased pricing, portfolio and innovation decisions through timely, consistent and auditproof cost information

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, assess and monitor subsidy and grant opportunities relevant to the organization
- Support the preparation and review of subsidy applications, financial plans and budgets
- Design, implement and maintain a full P&L monitoring process and related reports
- Build and simulate financial models and scenarios to support business plans, budgeting, ROI calculation, and decision‑making
- Perform detailed analysis of financial results vs. forecasts and prior periods, highlight risks, and support cross‑functional teams in identifying root causes and countermeasures
- Develop a global reporting architecture across countries, customers, cost centers and contracts
- Define and implement standard processes for budgeting and reporting, focusing on efficiency, simplification and continuous improvement
- Track actual vs. planned financial KPIs, explain deviations and provide insights on cost structure, SLAs and transfer prices in collaboration with Accounting
- Support overall business growth and advise management on key business drivers

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote and coordinate value engineering initiatives within the R&D department
- Sponsor and drive development for value improvement, cost and complexity reduction
- Organize and lead technical cross-functional workshops, aimed at enhancing value and reducing costs
- Fertilize a culture of continuous improvement and value engineering inside the R&D and across departments
- Define & implement methodologies to understand strengths & weaknesses of different players
- Establish and improve tools for teardown analysis and idea generation

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
- Management of Electric/Electromechanical Components suppliers, including identifying potential suppliers, evaluating their capabilities, and selecting the most suitable
- Negotiation of contracts with Electric/Electromechanical Components suppliers to establish advantageous terms, conditions, prices, and other contractual obligations. This involves leveraging market knowledge, conducting cost analyses, and ensuring compliance with legal and procurement guidelines
- Management of relationships with Electric/Electromechanical Components suppliers to ensure consistent performance and address any issues that may arise. This includes maintaining regular communication, monitoring supplier performance against defined metrics, and collaborating on continuous improvement initiatives

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, research, and assess emerging assembly technologies relevant to future products and processes
- Translate technology concepts into scalable and manufacturable processes
- Define process and site requirements, equipment needs, personnel qualification requirements and quality targets
- Monitor trends in automation, joining, packaging, and digital manufacturing
- Plan and execute pilot projects, prototypes, and trials
- Conduct simulations and lab-scale trials to evaluate new technologies
- Perform risk, cost, and maturity assessments (e.g., TRL, MRL)
- Contribute to the creation of technology standards across product families
- Collaborate with universities, research institutes, and suppliers on technology development

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain technical specifications for all raw material packaging and intercompany packaging (e.g., films, cartons, labels, pallets, liners, bags)
- Evaluate packaging materials for performance, durability, compliance, and compatibility with production equipment
- Lead packaging trials, testing, and validation activities
- Support new product introductions and packaging changes by defining requirements and ensuring supplier readiness
- Review and approve supplier documentation (technical data sheets, drawings)
- Conduct supplier capability assessments and support qualification processes
- Investigate packaging-related quality issues and lead root cause analysis with suppliers
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Identify opportunities to reduce packaging costs through material optimization, design changes, or supplier improvements
- Support sustainability initiatives such as lightweighting, recyclability, and waste reduction
- Provide technical support for packaging planning, inventory management, and supplier performance reviews
