Herausforderungen:

Unter Berücksichtigung der ADDITIVE Corporate Identity organisierst, entwickelst und produzierst du Fotos und verschiedene Videoformate, textierst passende Captions und verbreitest die Inhalte über die verschiedenen ADDITIVE-Social-Media-Kanäle.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the development and implementation of a global digital marketing strategy to strengthen brand presence and generate qualified leads
  • Continuously optimize the corporate website in terms of usability, design, functionality and search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Manage and further develop all digital communication channels
  • Collaborate closely with Corporate Affairs to shape and implement the social media strategy
  • Plan, create and coordinate target group-specific content in cooperation with internal departments and external partners
  • Evaluate digital marketing initiatives based on defined KPIs and relevant analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Social Media Insights)
  • Oversee and ensure the quality of work delivered by external service providers, such as agencies, photographers and video producers
  • Co-responsible for the digital marketing budget, ensuring continuous performance monitoring and ROI-driven optimization
  • Work in close alignment with Corporate Affairs, Sales, and Product Marketing to ensure a consistent brand and communication strategy
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitor legal compliance, particularly in the context of corporate governance, for the Group
  • Prepare and oversee the Group-wide legal strategy plan, in close cooperation with the different departments, especially those responsible for purchasing, sales and relevant contracts for all legal entities
  • Follow up on all Group-wide official Board of Directors and shareholder meetings, ensuring compliance with local legal requirements
  • Support the HR department with expertise in this area of responsibility, supported by a specialised lawyer if needed
  • Take responsibility for privacy legislation, supported by a specialised lawyer if needed
  • Provide advice to management and executives on all legal issues and deliver training in compliance and corporate governance
  • Create and monitor contractual standards and compliance models for the Alpitronic Group in cooperation with company departments
  • Participate in negotiating contracts and agreements to protect the company's interests
  • Manage legal disputes and arbitration proceedings
  • Establish and manage an external network for legal matters and consultations
  • Handle strategic and legal matters for Alpitronic Italy
  • Lead the Alpitronic's legal department and coordinate the local legal departments of the Alpitronic Group
HERAUSFORDERUNGEN:
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Animation und Video-Schneiden (bspw. AfterFX, Premiere Pro, Creatopy)
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Screen-Design (bspw. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
  • Kreatives, detailverliebtes und pixelgenaues Arbeiten
  • Leidenschaft für gutes Design, Ästhetik und technisches Verständnis
  • Strukturierte, zielorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Maß an Sorgfalt, Belastbarkeit und Pflichtbewusstsein in Kombination mit absoluter Zuverlässigkeit

Herausforderungen: 
  • Konzeption zielgruppenspezifischer Content-Strategien samt Redaktionspläne
  • Proaktives Recherchieren, Planen und Anfertigen von Fachbeiträgen sowie weiteren Unterlagen für die Kommunikation hin zu (potentiellen) Kunden, Fachmedien und Netzwerkpartnern (Internetseite, Whitepaper, Manuals)
  • Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung von Social-Media-Maßnahmen in den für ADDITIVE relevanten Plattformen 
  • Zielgruppenspezifisches Newsletter-Marketing
  • Stärkung des Markenauftritts sowie des Bekanntheitsgrades durch kreative Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
  • Umsetzung von SEO-Maßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Corporate Marketing Team
  • Planung und Organisation von Foto- & Video Shootings für die Marke ADDITIVE 
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Analyze and prioritize global demands, including service requests, managing shortages to achieve the best overall result
  • Coordinate and track intercompany orders to guarantee timely delivery; liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers
  • Manage and support bottleneck situations and capacity constraints from supplier through to production line
  • Support production planning prioritization to minimize bottleneck impact; assist in defining new delivery dates and customer communication
  • Assist in coordination of transportation and delivery schedules
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or bottlenecks and generate regular management reports
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, production planning, material disposition, and operations teams to ensure order fulfillment and product availability
  • Support risk management by identifying potential supply chain risks and assisting in developing mitigation strategies
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Define the strategic and international direction, planning and development of global sourcing strategies to achieve business objectives and ensure sustainable value creation
  • Strategic supplier selection, qualification and development
  • Identify and qualify new procurement sources in accordance with the agreed sourcing strategies to ensure long term competitiveness and supply capability, create optimal cost structures, reduce capital lock-up and Alpitronic's risk, including supplier performance and capacity assessment
  • Ensure the resilience of the supply chain (multi-sourcing, near-shoring, standardisation, diversification of the manufacturing network, etc.)
  • Optimise supply chain processes by implementing best practices to increase efficiency and productivity, minimise risk and improve supplier and product quality
  • Design and negotiate domestic and international procurement contracts and supply agreements to ensure optimum cost, quality, availability, low capital commitment, flexibility and service
  • Optimise material costs by actively participating in new product development and managing the purchasing activities associated with the initial stages of new product qualification and launch
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators for procurement to monitor the success of strategies and processes and ensure continuous improvement
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales, R&D, Product Quality and other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment of sourcing and supply chain initiatives
  • Identify, assess and manage risks to ensure business continuity and compliance
  • Lead and develop teams of sourcing professionals to achieve high levels of performance and successful execution of the business strategy
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory, environmental and social standards in the supply chain
