- Du wirst IT-Assets und Configuration Items über ihren gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg verwalten – von der Beschaffung über die Nutzung bis zur Ausmusterung.
- Du wirst Asset-Daten in der CMDB pflegen und sicherstellen, dass Hardware, Software, Standorte, Benutzer und Statusinformationen vollständig, aktuell und korrekt dokumentiert sind.
- Du wirst die Anlieferung der bestellten IT-Hardware überwachen und dich mit den zuständigen Teams abstimmen, um Informationen zu Geräteaustauschen und Geräterückgaben aktuell und korrekt zu pflegen.
- Du wirst regelmäßige Inventuren und Vor-Ort-Kontrollen an Kundenstandorten durchführen, um die Übereinstimmung zwischen den CMDB-Daten und der tatsächlich vorhandenen IT-Infrastruktur sicherzustellen.
- Du wirst das Hardwarelager verwalten, Bestände überwachen und die Bedarfsplanung sowie Nachbestellungen unterstützen.
- Du wirst bei Rollouts, Umzügen und Asset-Projekten mitwirken, Auswertungen erstellen und zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Asset-Management-Prozessen sowie zur Einhaltung von Compliance-Vorgaben beitragen.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support, develop, and optimise SAP Materials Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD) modules, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP and third-party systems
- Collaborate with business departments to analyze procurement, logistics and sales requirements, develop suitable SAP solutions and configure MM/SD modules accordingly
- Lead and participate in projects for SAP MM/SD implementation, optimisation and enhancement (e.g., rollouts, upgrades), while ensuring system stability and availability
- Analyse existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities and implement efficient solutions through process optimisation and customisation.
- Ensure effective integration of MM/SD processes with other SAP modules (FI/CO, PP, WM) and external systems
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, perform error analysis, troubleshoot SAP MM/SD-related issues and coordinate with external service providers
- Conduct end-user training, create documentation and manuals, and ensure smooth knowledge transfer within the organisation

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, implement, and document configurations, customizations, and scripting solutions within ERP, CRM, BI, ECM, and MES platforms in collaboration with Business Analysts, IT Architects, and Application Owners
- Develop and maintain integration interfaces and automated workflows between business applications; use REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and AI-assisted tools to ensure reliable data exchange and end-to-end process continuity
- Provide technical support and coordination for User Acceptance Testing (UAT): manage test environments, resolve technical defects, and validate go-live readiness
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve application incidents and performance issues; conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective measures
- Manage application lifecycle activities including release planning, version upgrades, patch management, and regression testing; coordinate with software vendors and IT teams
- Create and maintain technical documentation (architecture overviews, interface specifications, configuration guides, runbooks) in line with internal and external standards
- Proactive evaluation and implementation of AI-assisted tools and automation to optimize application performance and integration workflows
