Key Responsibilities
- Support the company’s sustainability strategy and lead the B Corp certification process (B Impact Assessment, action planning, KPI monitoring, reporting, documentation)
- Implement initiatives on waste reduction, sustainable packaging, energy efficiency, and responsible sourcing
- Define supplier sustainability KPIs and standards with Procurement; promote fair labor practices; analyze and optimize the CO₂ footprint together with Logistics
- Monitor key environmental KPIs and support decarbonization efforts as well as compliance with Italian and EU regulations
- Contribute to programs focused on employee wellbeing, inclusion, community engagement, and social impact initiatives
- Maintain sustainability dashboards, support ESG reporting, and contribute to credible, datadriven CSR communication
- Foster a sustainabilitydriven company culture through workshops, training sessions, and crossfunctional collaboration

YOUR TASKS
- Monitoring, interpreting and evaluating the international legislative developments and requirements for material in contact with food
- Monitoring and evaluation of the international legislation regarding environmental aspects for packaging material
- Drafting and updating internal guidelines and documentation related to packaging regulations and contact material
- Supporting the implementation of requirements of international packaging regulation
- Provide technical support and update to internal stakeholders
- Interact with suppliers (packaging, contact material), consultants, institutes, law firms on regulatory topics

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage reactive media relations, acting as the first point of contact for press enquiries and ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Design and produce comprehensive international press clippings and media monitoring reports
- Develop and maintain templates for internal and external communications, including website pages, press portals and other corporate materials
- Conceptualize and create comprehensive international press clippings and media monitoring reports
- Plan and develop content and initiatives for HR-related communications projects to increase employee engagement
- Produce internal communications materials to support content distribution and project updates
- Continuously improve and innovate internal communication tools, such as the corporate intranet, to promote effective knowledge management and employee connectivity
