- Durchführung von Instandhaltungsarbeiten im gesamten Hotelbereich
- Regelmäßige Kontrollgänge zur Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Sicherheit
- Unterstützung bei Auf- und Abbauarbeiten (z. B. bei Veranstaltungen oder saisonalen Vorbereitungen)

Deine Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für die Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres gesamten Resortgartens
- Gestaltung und Bepflanzung der Gartenanlagen entsprechend der Jahreszeiten
- Pflege von Pflanzen, Bäumen, Sträuchern, Hecken, Blumenbeeten und Rasenflächen
- Planung und Koordination der regelmäßig anfallenden Gartenarbeiten
- Anleitung und Organisation des kleinen Gärtnerteams
- Verantwortung für die laufende Pflege des Biobadeteichs in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Haustechnik
- Organisation und Anleitung der Saisonkräfte, die dich während der Sommermonate bei der Pflege des Biobadeteichs unterstützen
Kontrolle und Pflege der Bewässerungsanlage - Überwachung der automatischen Rasenmähroboter
- Erkennen von Pflanzenkrankheiten und Schädlingen sowie Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
- Planung notwendiger Rückschnitte, Pflanzungen und saisonaler Arbeiten
- Abstimmung mit der externen Gärtnerei bei größeren Arbeiten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Haustechnik und Housekeeping bei Aufgaben und Bereichen, die sich im täglichen Resortbetrieb überschneiden
Sicherstellung eines jederzeit gepflegten und dem Standard eines Luxury Resorts entsprechenden Erscheinungsbildes der gesamten Außenanlagen - Gewährleistung der Einhaltung aller erfoderlichen Arbeitssicherheitsvorkehrungen
