YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure consistent branding by implementing corporate design guidelines across all media channels
- Design and refine templates for digital and print applications and adapt designs across platforms
- Prepare production-ready files for digital and print formats, ensuring accuracy and high quality
- Edit and enhance visuals, including retouching, compositing and optimising images to meet creative and technical standards
- Develop layouts and typography, including typesetting and final artwork, to meet diverse project needs
- Conceptualize and produce visual content for branding, advertising, brochures and product packaging
- Optimize and adapt visuals, such as images and illustrations, to meet marketing objectives and technical specifications
- Support the creation of digital content by contributing to and collaborating on the development of compelling multimedia assets
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Degree in design, marketing, fine arts or related field is preferred
- Proven professional experience in graphic design, as evidenced by a strong portfolio of work, including illustrations, layouts and other designs
- Solid foundation in graphic design principles, including composition, form and color theory
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator (familiarity with Lightroom, Acrobat Pro and other tools is a plus)
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, with the ability to create visually appealing and well-structured presentations
- Practical knowledge of design for both print and digital media, technical product understanding an advantage
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and precision in the execution of designs
- Fluent in English, knowledge of German or Italian a plus

- Total compensation: € 45.000 - € 68.000, including 20% variable bonus based on goal achievement

The compensation range provided is based on the current scope and location of the role. Should the position's responsibilities, seniority level, or location differ during the recruitment process, the applicable compensation range may be adjusted accordingly, in line with local market conditions and internal compensation frameworks.
