The Head of Product Management is a senior strategic leadership role at the intersection of product, technology, and commercial execution. In this role, you define and drive the strategic direction of Kyveris and our software product portfolio, digital system capabilities, and underlying technology platforms — transforming them into clear, market-ready offerings. A central part of this responsibility is the full commercialization ownership of Kyveris, Durst's new system for Industrial Intelligence and a cornerstone of the company's transformation.
You ensure that market needs are translated into clear product decisions, scalable solutions, and economically successful offerings. You connect offering, technology, and business — ensuring that our solutions are not only innovative but also commercially successful. Together with development, sales, and management, you drive the transformation toward a capability-, data- and AI-driven system and actively shape a strong ecosystem with commercialization models that scale with technical maturity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the offering strategy and roadmap for our software products and digital system
- Translate market and customer needs into scalable, market-ready solutions and system requirements
- Align product and system requirements with our underlying technology platforms, ensuring scalability and reusability of capabilities across the portfolio
- Drive the transformation from feature-based logic to output- and capability-based pricing and positioning
- Translate system capabilities into differentiated, market-specific offerings
- Develop business models, pricing, and data-driven solutions based on customer value
- Manage and align a consistent offering and product portfolio across multi-market, multi-product, and multi-platform environments
Profil:
- Several years of experience in product management, including multiple years in a leadership role
- Experience with digital platforms, software products and capability-based pricing
- Understanding of data-driven or AI-based solutions is an advantage
- Experience in business model and pricing development
- Strong ability to translate complex topics into clear offerings
- Excellent understanding of customer needs and market requirements
- Fluency in English; German and/or Italian is a strong plus
