YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, implementation and maintainance of a full P&L monitoring process and reports
- Construction and simulation of financial models and provides analysis, budget, ROI calculation to support business plans and the decision making process of the service leadership team
- Design a global reporting architecture regarding countries, customers cost centers and contracts
- Define and implement standard work processes for budgeting and reporting to gain efficiency
- Constant monitoring of KPIs and provision of insights of the cost structure, and performance regarding SLAs
- Support overall business growth, finance process improvements and simplification, as well as meeting cost commitment
- Perform detailed analysis of financial results against forecasts and prior periods, raise early warning signals highlighting business risks based on trend and lead indicators
- Interaction with cross functional teams to understand the key risks and opportunities to ascertain root causes of variances and provide support in determining actionable countermeasures
- Build and enforce a culture of compliance and take appropriate actions to ensure 100% Compliance as per various GAAP and alpitronic finance policies
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, with focus in accounting and finance
- Several years of previous experience in a similar role, ideally in an international matrix company
- Strong business analytical skills and good interpretacion of data
- Ability to see both the big picture and the details
- Very strong prioritization and organizational skills, as well as managing multiple projects in parallel
- Capable of building trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and partners
- High sense of integrity and compliance
- Excellent English language skills, German and/or Italian as a plus
