YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading the root cause analysis and relevant corrective actions definition for product design quality issues
- Sponsoring and supporting product quality claims investigation by R&D side
- Participating actively to the execution of 8Ds of product design related issues
- Coordinating diagnosis of HW and mechanical design issues on returned units
- Supervising root causes analysis and design corrective actions implementation
- Contributing to the definition and validation of diagnostic functions & utilities
- Assuring technical instructions to the repair center and service on field
- Checking countermeasures application & effectiveness by R&D side
- Valuing all relevant findings into new products requirements
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Previous significant experience in R&D or product quality departments
- Proven knowledge of power electronics devices
- Multi-disciplinary technical competences skills
- Strong experience with tools like 8Ds, Ishikawa, 5 whys’
- Deep understanding of complex and large organisations
- Good knowledge of design and validation processes
- Familiarity with statistics and data management as well as with ERPs, CADs, FEMs, Office SW tools
- Fluent in English, Italian and/or German
