As Head of Customer Care, you will report directly to the Chief Customer Officer and manage the Customer Care, maintaining a high customer satisfaction. In this role you will also be responsible for optimising departments’s processes and developing the services offered.

Your tasks

• Strategic development and implementation of new ideas for the improvement of our Customer Care, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Business expansion with new customer service products/solutions
• Definition and monitoring of KPIs and introduction of systems to record productivity
• Coordination and optimisation of operations and work processes
• Supporting the management for various issues and projects

Your profile

• Degree in a technical field
• Experience in a similar role roles, if in the industrial world is an advantage
• Previous experience in the development of services and offers, preferably in a B2B environment
• High communication and organizational skills
• Determination and result orientation
• Good command of the English language, the knowledge of German is an advantage
• Willingness to travel
