As a Full Stack Engineer you will be designing and implementing agentic software systems within a new digital operations product area. The role is expected to build systems that interpret operational context, orchestrate tools and workflows, and support reliable automated decisioning across internal platforms and service processes.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement agentic workflows, tool/skill integrations and orchestration logic for operational use cases
- Develop safe and reliable execution patterns for agentic systems, including guardrails, fallbacks, retries and auditability
- Integrate agentic capabilities with internal systems, such as case/ticket workflows, automation engines and digital product components
- Contribute to the design of structured context models, typed tool interfaces and decision flows
- Evaluate and improve agent performance through testing, evaluations, feedback loops and production monitoring
- Support internal/admin tools for the configuration, observability and review of agent behaviour
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and domain experts to translate process knowledge into reliable agentic software

- Solid backend experience (ideally C#/.NET) and distributed/cloud service design
- Hands‑on experience with agentic or LLM‑based systems (tool calling, orchestration, context handling)
- Understanding of agentic concepts: skills/tools, multi‑step workflows, memory/state, evals, guardrails
- Experience integrating AI systems with APIs, databases, queues, workflow engines, and operational backends
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD, containerization, and observability tooling; some frontend/full‑stack experience; familiarity with frameworks like LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, PydanticAI, OpenAI tool calling, Temporal and a background in operationally critical software, industrial systems, IoT, or workflow automation are considered a plus
