We're currently in search of a Technical Customer Support Specialist fluent in both German and English. This role is ideal for a proactive individual eager to engage with our diverse customer base and provide top-tier technical assistance for our lighting systems. You will serve as the frontline support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues across various communication channels and Teams.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT (f/m/d)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist our customers, by telephone and/or in person, to analyse and resolve electrical issues
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries, maintaining a high standard of service
  • Collaborate closely with team members to streamline tasks and workflows, optimizing our technical support operations

Required Skills:

  • Fluent in German and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with electrical systems and driver programming is preferred for this position, knowledge of raspberry use is a big plus
  • The possibility of traveling within the region, and to Europe
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical issues
