YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive end-to-end process transparency across Global Service
- Identify structural improvement potentials
- Design and shape future service processes in alignment with our stakeholders
- Enable Operational Excellence through implementation and governance
- Establish performance framewors and KPIs to measure the impact
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or similar
- 2 – 5 years experience in process management
- Experience with process mapping tools and a solid understanding of ERP systems as well as data flows across operational systems
- Excellent communication skills with a pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset
- Excellent knowledge of English and German or English and Italian
