Revenue Growth Management (m/f/d)
Your Mission
In the Revenue Growth Management, you will play a key role in driving profitable growth across our portfolio for the Italian market, while working in close alignment with our Global teams. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating sales and trade activities with a strong focus on efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability.
Working crossfunctionally with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Demand Planning, Finance, and Bonus Management you ensure that our commercial strategy delivers against both volume and value objectives, today and in the future.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive planning, execution, and evaluation of sales and trade activities with focus on profitability and efficiency
- Ensure effective trade spend allocation to support short‑ and long‑term revenue growth
- Analyze sales performance and develop actionable insights across all brands
- Define, track, and improve commercial KPIs and plan accuracy
- Create pre‑ and post‑promotion ROI analyses in collaboration with Sales and Controlling
- Develop and implement Revenue Growth Management (RGM) guidelines and support the Marketing & Trade Marketing Team defining the most effective and efficient product portfolio architecture specifically in terms of incrementality and profitability
- Manage contingency and opportunistic trade investments to generate incremental profitable growth
- Coordinate sales planning activities and ensure the expected level of forecasting accuracy, overseeing the bottom-up input via SAP IBP
- Oversee and manage, with the support of Head of Sales, Business Director and Trade Marketing teams, sales target definition and related incentive annual plans
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience in sales analytics, trade marketing or related fields, ideally with demonstrated leadership responsibilities
- Leadership mindset with the ability to guide, inspire, and develop others; prior team leadership experience is a strong advantage
- 2+ years of experience in trade management tools and commercial planning
- Background in the CPG/FMCG industry preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into sound business decisions
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders across functions and seniority levels
- Structured, results‑driven, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
- Very good command of Italian and English, both written and spoken
