As a Recruiter in our HR team, you will be involved in the entire recruiting process, starting from needs assessment, requirements analysis, job insertion to contract submission. You will organize and conduct interviews autonomously, actively search for candidates, and proactively approach specialists, in particular with a technical background.
Your tasks
- Participation in the entire recruiting process for new employees using the software-supported applicant management system
- Elaboration and translation of job descriptions
- Active search for applicants via target-group-oriented and effective job advertisements, social media channels or in cooperation with external head-hunters
- Professional initial contact with applicants, organization and execution of interviews
- Support to candidates throughout the entire application process and recruiting consultancy to managers
- Support in the organization and implementation of career fairs and other recruiting events, keeping in contact with universities and schools
- Active support to the HR team in the development and implementation of various international HR projects
Your Profile
- Completed university degree in psychology, business administration or similar with a focus on human resources management or completed training in the human resources field
- Several years of professional experience in HR, especially in recruiting
- Proactive, structured and committed approach to work
- Empathy and pleasure when it comes to working with people
- Good knowledge of German, Italian and English
- Excellent team and communication skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
