YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responding to the CHRO, take care of HR systems and procedures' standardization and integration, in compliance with the company guidelines
  • Implement and manage HR processes (local structures, policies, guidelines) in all locations in Europe and support people managers and employees in following them
  • Ensure compliance with national legislation and company policies, as well as the punctual and correct execution of payroll 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
  • Support the business in line with the HR strategy and strive for optimal performance and wellbeing of all employees
  • Collaborate in creating and managing resource plans/budgets, by optimizing employment cost in line with people plans
  • Drive, support and influence the HR processes and participate in optimizing them such as performance management, talent management, learning&development
  • Identify critical areas and implement improvement and efficiency actions

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (HR certification like SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD as an advantage)
  • Several years of HR experience, particularly in a strategic HR business partner role supporting multiple locations of an international company
  • Deep knowledge in Personnel administration, Health & Safety, Performance Management, Learning & Development, HR Reporting, Recruitment, Compensation&Benefits, D&I
  • Strong knowledge of Italian/European employment laws, regulations and HR best practices
  • Proven ability to drive change and implement HR initiatives that support business objectives, together with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Strong leadership and authority skills, as well as a target-oriented mindset
  • Ability to build strong relationships and to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Italian/German
