Team Leader IT – Business Intelligence (w/m/d)
We are looking for a Team Leader IT – Business Intelligence to lead our BI initiatives and support data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
YOUR TASKS
- Act as a liaison between IT and business units to translate analytical needs into impactful solutions
- Ensure the smooth operation and strategic development of BI platforms and reporting tools
- Align BI strategies with company goals and market trends
- Mentor and guide BI team members to deliver high-quality, data driven solutions
- Explore and integrate AI and ML capabilities to automate insights and support advanced analytics
- Promote FinOps principles and data governance frameworks
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data platforms / architecture, and strategic alignment
- Ideally leadership in cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with Microsoft Azure BI Services & AI/ML integration
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and a structured approach
- Fluent in English and either Italian or German
