YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support quality planning throughout all project phases in alignment with maturity level requirements (CP2)
- Monitor and evaluate quality risks using tools like D-/P-FMEA and control plans
- Ensure process and product compliance with customer, internal and standard specifications
- Coordinate cross-functional quality activities between engineering, production, and suppliers
- Document quality milestones and deliverables in accordance with the maturity level assurance guidelines
- Facilitate audits and assessments to verify readiness and maturity of development stages
- Track and report quality KPIs to support decision-making and continuous improvement
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Technical high school diploma or university degree in a technical field (preferably in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of VDA maturity level methodology, especially VDA Volume "Maturity Level Assurance for New Parts" or comparable standards
- Proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA, control plans, 8D reports, and risk analysis
- Experience in project management within the automotive or manufacturing industry
- Understanding of customer-specific requirements and ability to translate them into internal quality processes
- Familiarity with international standards like ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
- Professional experiences in project management, production or supplier quality (e.g. product development projects, production improvement projects)
- Good command of Italian and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is a plus
