YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze, evaluate and optimize business processes while implementing preventive and control measures to enhance the effectiveness of our compliance management system
- Advise all business units on matters related to data privacy, anti-corruption, export control, anti-money laundering, antitrust law, and other applicable regulatory requirements
- Support and guide cross-functional teams on internal compliance-related projects and business decisions
- Investigate specific cases when necessary and coordinate with external legal counsel as required
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Degree in Law
- Previous professional experience in compliance as a lawyer/in-house counsel in an internationally operating company or as an attorney-at-law
- Enthusiasm for anchoring business ethics and compliance in the company and communicating this to employees
- Ability to work interculturally, independently across countries and enjoy working as part of a team
- Recognize problems and risks, in order to address and solve them in the interests of the company
- Skill in dealing with challenging issues, diverse stakeholders, and complex situations and organizations
- Discretion, thoroughness and reliability
- Excellent knowledge in English, both written and spoken; additional languages such as Italian and German are an advantage
