YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the drafting, review and basic negotiation of commercial agreements (e.g., supply, service, NDAs, distribution) under the guidance of senior team members
- Assist in providing legal advice to internal stakeholders on contractual and compliance matters
- Contribute to ensuring adherence to applicable laws, internal policies and company guidelines
- Support the contract lifecycle process, including document preparation, tracking, filing and follow-up with internal functions
- Assist the legal team in business development and commercial initiatives through research, document preparation and basic training support
- Help identify potential contractual risks and escalate them to senior colleagues when needed
- Contribute to maintaining and updating templates, playbooks and standard documentation
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Degree in Law
- First professional experience in a legal role are considered a plus
- Basic understanding of commercial contracts and strong motivation to grow in a business-oriented legal environment
- Interest and foundational knowledge in intellectual property and its application in commercial agreements
- Strong research skills and a structured working style
- Proactive attitude, curiosity and strong communication skills
- Excellent command of English; Italian and/or German are an advantage
