YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist users with technical issues regarding workstation software, hardware, printers and phones
- Provide first-level troubleshooting; support installation and configuration of IT equipment
- Help maintain IT documentation and support with network administration
- Support IT security activities, such as updates and access management
- Assist in application-related tasks and small IT projects as needed
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Ongoing studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and networks
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a structured manner within the team
- English proficiency; Italian and/or German as a plus
